Valdez Amelia B MD

Dr. Valdez is amazing. Aside from the typical family check-ups, consultations, when her brother (who is a dermatologist) is in town, he's able to help.
She's so friendly & her employees are always nice. & they're usually students who are genuinely interested in the medical field. I've gotten to know most of them waiting to get into the nursing program or OT. The only bad thing is that because she's so nice the conversations with patients take a bit longer than usual so be prepared to wait a little bit.
Besides that, Dr. Valdez is great. She really cares about her patients & is always eager to hear about what's going on in their life.
She's only here 3 days out of the week (she has another office in the city somewhere) & she really does care about the community because I believe in the summer, you'll start seeing advertisement for whatever charity work she's doing that year (& it's like an auction style I think, dinner)

The office was in great disarray and it was almost impossible to get the wheelchair in-and-out of the rooms. The doctor herself seemed friendly enough but doesn't really pay very much attention to her patients refills are almost impossible it takes weeks of constant hounding.

You’re lucky if they’ll answer the phone it’s hard to get appointment because they are not answering the phone..The place is not well organized it’s like Storage Room.It’s so Frustrating..

They NEVER answer the phone. NEVER. They don't call back even if it's an urgent matter, they don't care. They're awful and unprofessional.
