Frank and the team at Carsima have been fantastic since we've started working with them. They are incredibly responsive and we get our issues solved almost instantly. They offer a lot of pro-active suggestions so our IT needs are being met as we need them... rather than waiting for something to fail and having to clean up the mess. Beyond that, they are real people and great communicators and I couldn't be happier with our selection to go with them for our growing needs.

When we met Frank (owner of Carisma), we were struggling. My business partner and I were spending way too much time dealing with IT while trying to run a 25-person creative marketing agency. From everyday disruptions like an employee asking us why their WebEx wasn’t working to larger organizational challenges like completing the migration to a cloud server and sunsetting our old hardware.

A quick Google search for an IT firm that specializes in working with small to medium size businesses put Carisma on our radar. The only thing quicker than that search was Frank’s response to our initial email inquiry. Within minutes he reached out to set up a time to talk about our needs.

From the moment we met Frank, we both breathed a huge sigh of relief. This guy seriously knows his stuff. Plus, his easy going (yet confident) personality was exactly what we needed. Frank made great suggestions in that initial meeting and then followed with a proposed support plan that clearly showed he heard us. He got our business, understood our pain points and knew how his team could help us.

Since we’ve signed up with Carisma, the entire Carisma team has been nothing short of amazing. They are quick to respond to requests, are incredibly knowledgeable and are expert problem solvers. Not to mention, they’re all super friendly and a pleasure to work with.
