Santa Rosa Avenue Self Storage

I've really appreciated the pros working in the office of Santa Rosa Avenue Self Storage. I've met Jerry and Chris. Both have done an excellent job working with me. Jerry got me signed up over the phone with a storage unit when I was 2,500 miles away, and got me easily situated with the unit when I finally arrived. Chris helped me on a parking issue that I had on a weekend that I appreciated. Even the lady in the office has been great. Everyone is a professional here, and that any renter would appreciate. Initial Entry Review:

Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful! I was impressed with the efficiency and articulate explanation for how the contract works and what was expected of me to ensure a safe loading/access of my unit.

I would suggest anyone bring their own lock BEFORE they rent a unit as you'll have to either go home and get your lock or simply purchase one at the front desk (very affordable: about $10 for the basic style padlock and $16 for the upgraded style).

I'd suggest having someone else added to the authorized access list be with you (if possible) to ensure their ID is copied for the system to permit them to enter freely (during access hours which is Mon-Sun 7am-6pm) in case you're not able to do so.

Overall, I was in and out in about 20 mins or so. Very pleasant experience! I don't foresee any issues upon closing of the account/unit.

Manager Chris was phenomenal. I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was. We closed our account in August and it was super easy to get it all done! Remember to follow the rules, enter your code upon entry AND exit. Leave your unit clean when you're done with it and everything will be great! 5 stars!

Friendly greetings from Kris,who was very good with his customer's service. He knew his job,great options given to us. Clarity of discussions was great & very helpful.

Since it will be our 1st time,he is willing to take an extra mile to help us,in case we needed that,business card (contact) given.

Can't wait to move in our items asap,and also doing more business with the firm.

I was a customer and had a storage room for over 10 years. The staff have always been helpful and courteous. I had been sick for a while and had to catch up a few months. I would recommend it to anyone!🦋🦋🦋🦋

The restroom was always clean. It was nice to have on the property. The customer service was always respectful and excellent. Even when they called to remind you about your upcoming and past due bills, everything was respectful. They didn’t make you feel bad. They seem genuinely concerned. I used their services for several years and never had one bad experience. When I left, I asked if I could borrow a broom to sweep up my storage unit. The rep told me that all that is required is that I get my stuff out and that I did not need to sweep it. Nice to know that somebody in this day and age still treats, the customer as valuable and with dignity and respect. Thank you. Santa Rosa Ave. Self Storage.

Had my storage unit here for 8months and never had any issues! No rodents, mice, shady people, etc. the office employees are very helpful!

Gentleman that helped us was very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and speedy!! A blessing to the company!! Facility looks well maintained.

Inexpensive, clean, no problems and really light traffic. Susie and Jesus are super nice! My battery died and it was about 10 min till I had to be outside if the gate. I ran to the office and Susie offered to jump my car. Neither of us where super familiar with this but that didn't hold her back! She got her phone out and looked up how to do it and even where my hood release was (which was in a very odd place) thank you Susie and Jesus! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I was in a hurry to get the keys to the storage unit and complete the paperwork because I got the opening time mixed up. My movers where there waiting on me. I appreciate the staff willingness to get me into the unit as quickly as possible. Thank you.

Stopped in today to grab some thing from my storage and realized I totally forgot my keys. The attendant, Chris assured me we could get in. He helped me cut the old lock off and buy a new one. So I didn’t have to go back home to get my keys. Amazing for the extra mile help. Thank you Chris for the super save !! 🇺🇸

Jill and Gary are the best! Jill is always helpful and answers all questions with patience and respect. The facility is extremely clean. Someone is always in the office during office hours. I have never found another facility that is as clean or has the same customer service. I think what makes this place a true gem is Jill and Gary. Without them I think this storage facility would end up like most of the others.

I have had a storage unit at Santa Rosa Ave Self Storage for aproc 6 years. Jill and Gary are the best. They run a clean safe place. Jill and Gary are so helpful getting you settled in the right size unit. The security is wonderful. If you need anything or have a question or problem Jill and Gary are always willing to listen and help if it's in their power. If it weren't for Jill and Gary I would move to another storage place. Thank you Jill and Gary for making this easy for me.

The best.... hands down. Always call and communicate.. remind you to make payments before late fees... best hours keeps all the rift raft out.. never seen a rodent or a insect or the remnants of one .. can't complain about the prices when I have peace of mind my things are safe. The best lot in Santa rosa !
