Jeff and his team were incredible. They took care of me and helped me with a number of issues that arose during a very stressful time of my life. They were understanding, flexible, hardworking, and went above and beyond their duties to assist me with my cross-country move. I will forever be appreciative of the entire staff here!

I felt welcomed at this location! A guy greeted me outside and made sure I had gotten everything out of the truck, thanks for the reminder! The two ladies working at the desk were friendly and helped me out with an easy return.
I just remember folks: if you want good customer service, be a good customer! These people deal with a lot of nonsense so try to not make their job harder than it already is. You are not royalty when it comes to your favorite neighborhood moving truck service.

Frequent flyer here at the biggest and best Uhaul around. 3601 Santa Rosa by Todd rd. Courteous and efficient the trailer was excellent with new tires and in great shape. Good rates with insurance offered gave me a peice of mind. They also have moving supplies and accessories incase you were in need.

I’ve never had a problem here. The employees aren’t the most motivated, but I’ve always received the truck I reserved, and never had an issue returning it.

We showed up with the wrong equipment to attach the trailer to our car, and Lili and Wes did everything they could to help us get on the road, and pretty soon, we were!

Serving the general public, especially on a moving day, is a job for a therapist. Eva, who manages the U-Boxes went far beyond expectations, anticipated what I needed, having everything ready before I had the chance to ask. Its a well oiled machine there. Her colleagues are the same and I would hope U-Haul Corporate would consider this location as a training site. I will definitely be using their services the next time.

These people are the sweetest! Although I spent an hour waiting in line, it was because of the attendants patience and service with this older couple who literally had a question about EVERYTHING. And though the line continued to grow, they were very conscious of it as well as the couple. The gentlemen never displayed that all the questions and all the time the couple were taking up, was as frustrating for them as it was for the line.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! We came to fill the propane for our rv and the staff there got the job done cheerfully and quickly. Will always come here in the future.

I have rented trucks here many times. Always nice friendly employees. Best location as far as I am concerned. I have placed reservations and came here last minute. I have bought items inside the store and always well stocked.

Jullee is great at customer service. I had to go there several times to get more boxes before our big move. Every Time I went in Jullee made me feel like I was her only customer. I will miss going there. Thank you U-Haul.

Great customer service! Every staff member I talked to was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Store very clean. Don went over and above to solve a billing problem for me.

Used U-Haul to get a ubox and fill it /ship it. Very friendly and efficient. Hooked us up and unhooked in a jiffy.

Best U-Haul location! Have lots of boxes and hitches too.

I always come in here when I need towing / harness supplies.
Surprisingly, the staff here has never let me down, and believe me, this place can get super Busy!
