Silk Moon has clothing better than Beverly Hills and Madison Avenue. Dresses, silks, hats, incredibly sophisticated. The nicest, quality silk shop with clothing better than anything you will find north of Los Angeles, California. Must stop. Must see for fashion goers shopping in Northern California. We travel the world and there is nothing like Silk Moon.

This is my wife's favorite store in Sebastopol. Whenever we are in town we stop here first. Full of clothing appealing to woman of different ages, dragons can be seen flying from the ceilings. There are usually sale items just outside the front door. The people working here are are kind and helpful in navigating you around the huge inventory.

I love shopping here. They offer a sale rack right out front to draw you in. Their displays are inspiring. I have bought "that combination" before now. Great shoe selection. I wear orthotics so being able to get 1-2-1 help is key to a shopper's success. I'll be back.

I found the perfect clothes and some custom made jewelry for an upcoming special vacation! The staff is fabulous - having all been there for years. The quality of the clothes along with comfort and style make this a great place to build a wardrobe.

Now I am obsessed with the shoe department and thrilled not to run into Santa Rosa when I need comfortable walking shoes. And, they just introduced me to a new brand that my feet LOVE! Hokas! Beautiful quality clothes & other fun stuff!

I was recently in Sebastopol for a class. Had extra time before I returned to Illinois and wandered into Silk Moon. A staff person was helping a woman select clothes. Others were working in the back of the store. There is a wide selection of unusual clothes, shoes, scarfs, Tibetan bowls.... I purchased an unusual blouse for my sister and had a great conversation with the friendly staff. When I returned home, I realized I should have purchased a different size. I called the store and spoke with one of the owners. She checked to see if another size was available and it was! She put the item aside for me and let me know there was no problem in exchanging the item. I sent it back to California and recently received the exchanged top. Not only was the beautiful "new size" blouse returned to me so quickly, but there was a pair of fingerless gloves...matching the blouse beautifully, with a note saying "Happy Holidays". What an unexpected surprise and delight! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Not only was the class in Sebastopol fantastic.... so were the experiences I had meeting new people, seeing the gorgeous sites of that area and having unexpected graces and gifts given to me. Awesome!!!!! Namaste.
