Great selection and prices. Website Is very easy to navigate. Order online and it's usually ready in minutes for pickup. I live in Cotati and Mercy was my 1st dispensary and I haven't had need to look elsewhere. 😊

Coming in as a new customer you always hope the set up will be fast with courteous staff and that was my experience! Place was very clean and well set up. A lot of products and more than other shops I've been to. Ordering was easy and check out was fast. I will be coming back!

Super efficient, fast and good quality. I ordered what I wanted online for pick up and by the time I drove from Petaluma to the Cotati location it was ready. Very comfortable and relaxing environment when I went inside. Staff was kind and gave clear instructions where to pick up!

Emalyn was great super helpful and welcoming. She made some amazing recommendations. I ended up going with lemonade stand. 10/10 would recommend. Mercy always has a good variety of product from flower to edibles and everything in between!!
