Absolutely amazing service. Lane and Andy did great work installing a new water heater into a very tight closet. They were professional and did great work. They were even able to give me an hour in between taking out the old tank and putting in a new one. That way, I could patch a bunch of holes in the closet.

Highly recommend. They are our new go-to plumbers in Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, and beyond.

My heroes! Had a sewer line blocked. One plumber worked on it and could not fix. Lane showed up within 15 minutes, and he and “Bertha” the auger had it cleared in 20 minutes. Saved me a day of lost business.

We had a pipe break and had to turn the water main to our whole house off. Craig was really helpful on the phone and sent Lane and Andy out within a couple of hours. They were super helpful, skilled, friendly, and efficient. It was all around a great experience for a completely reasonable price.

Came to house for estimate. Said I would get a quote by end of week.
Never got a quote. Must take a long time to work up a quote for water heater replacement.

Super friendly service and quick to come out to my home, but it was pretty expensive for just a quick 40min diagnosis for a cracked water softener unit which was easily accessible from the outside. Definitely not affordable. I called Tino's from Watsonville and they fixed my issue at a rlvery reasonable price.
