Great store. Large variety of everything for Law Enforcement, Security Guard, Tactical wear.. etc. I walked in and I was greeted at the door by the cashier, offered help and escorted "not directed like most stores". I was walked to the items I was looking for, offered further help. I was helped
1 on 1. Wonderful Customer Service to say the least. Many other small & big brand stores could learn a thing or two about Customer service from this place.. Thank you. Highly recommend.

I thought I had left a review on here but I have to do another since my last visit! EXCELLENT customer service! Uniform staff Jake,Christina awesome job funny, helpful, and they teamed up to help me with my complicated items to try and order. I feel bad that I didn’t end up ordering after their hard work BUT I will be back, I will place an order! Very proud to have this long time family ran business in Modesto to assist everyone with all their needs! I will say I do miss the old place but I see that the great spirit that Crescent built was still thriving at this location! So again thank you to everyone there who asked me if I needed help and etc.

I have had nothing but the best service at crescent! I have been getting fitted for uniforms the past couple times I’ve came by and Christina has been the one to help me. She is very nice and has a lot of knowledge on what she is doing! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the right size for you! She will bring out different sizes of shirts or pants to try on without any hesitation which is a bonus because it made me feel comfortable.I can ask for a different sizes and she won’t mind getting it. Also they have people in the back working for any alteration needs! Super nice and helpful. Will keep coming back! Great place to shop

Place is great, went in to check out the tactical and camping gear for an upcoming trip I was taking. The store was well organized and the staff was very friendly. Christina helped me find exactly what I went there for and even made a few suggestions that came in handy on my camping trip. 5/5 will be coming back.

The employees are always welcoming and are on top of making sure I was finding everything I needed. Andrew was helping me today, and I had no issue finding what I needed with his help. They have a good range of products, and the employees make the experience fun and easy.

Not only do all the staff greet customers with excellent customer service, they’re prices are great! Shannon in embroidery is fantastic with her skill set and gets the job done in a Timely manner. Im not from the area but I’ll drive to Crescent because of their continued dependability. Trust me… make the drive.

I went in just looking for a long sleeve shirt for a costume. The gentleman who was walking around asked if I could use any help and went out of his way to help me. He went to the back a couple times to look without any hesitation and offered without being asked. So polite. Also the lady at the register had the most positive attitude. The store was extremely busy but this did not affect the customer experience at all! I wish most places of business had half the positive attitudes these people have. I’m not sure if it’s management or what. But these people were great!

Took a friend name Roy to 🛍 for weather gard shirts. This were my other friends shop " 5,11 stuffs ' yes " protection of the shirts 👕 just minor cuts around vest
Did not have to go to ER . But still got a shot from urgent care . .

This store is awesome, it has multiple brands of clothing for outdoor use, including one of my favorite brands GovX. Men's and ladies clothing and accessories for all seasons. It has military memorabilia, it has First Responders clothing and uniforms, and it has just really cool stuff and I haven't met one staff member with bad attitude, they all seem to want to help you 100%. Great store, great staff, great prices and great sales. I love this place!!!

Hands down the BEST online shop for CDCR Uniforms. I’ve never been in the store but the online experience is 💯. They texted me asking if i wanted my Class A pants hemmed since i forgot to use that drop-down. They hemmed the same day and sent out the next day. I got my order ready to wear in 3 days total. Badass for sure. I’ll definitely give y’all more business soon.

My many visits for my uniform(s) has always been a pleasant and great experience. They are very helpful and kind here -all of them. One in particular, is Christine! So very patient, helpful and goes above and beyond to make the necessary calls needed to find the information and-or get the job done. She is thorough and keeps you informed of possible delays, issues that may arise, etc.
She takes her time with you, even though she's has people waiting for her. Definitely a blessing and asset to the company. She will not disappoint. It's a great store to go shopping at too! It's more than just uniforms here.

Bought holster, the belts fit great. Good quality! Also bought my cast iron skillets from there. And their dry rubs for food tastes great!

This place is awesome! The employees are so nice and make you feel welcome when you come in. Its clean inside and out. I met the owner he is great and takes great pride in his business. They have a great variety of 5.11, clothes and sporting goods. Definitely recommend!

The staff at this store are incredible! They always exceed expectations and are my go-to source for uniforms and equipment. They can embroider anything and I've even gotten calls from staff to alert me to the fact that items they know I use are on sale. When things have gone wrong- a thread coming loose on some embroidery or a flashlight button not working- they've always taken care of the problem quickly and cheerfully. I'd recommend them to anyone I know and I'm happy to do business with them.
