Empire cleaners helped me preserve my wedding dress and it looks incredible. I wasn’t sure they would be able to get all the dirt and grime off of it but it looks brand new! They placed it in a preservation box that is easy to store. Very quick service and incredibly friendly staff! I would highly recommend for wedding dress preservation.

I have been doing business with Empire Cleaners in Santa Rosa for many many years. When I first started using their services the counter person was the owner Dave. Now his son Sami seems to be running the business as I rarely see Dave anymore. I have had Empire Cleaners do wash and fold, wash and hang, and lots of dry cleaning. I like the option they give me to place my shirts on hangers or folded in boxes. When folded they fit right in my suitcase for traveling. I have used other dry cleaners in the past with negative results. Empire Cleaners is the best in my opinion.

Been taking my most delicate suits in this place for years and never experienced a dull moment. Sammy the son’s owner will always greet you with a smile and will always assist you with what you need to be done for your clothes. I once brought in a “Barong suit” which is considered the most formal attire in the Philippines. The fabric is made up of pineapple fiber and it’s very delicate so the way to clean it is only through dry cleaning. Sammy explained to me how they got rid of the discoloration and the entire process of cleaning it. I’m really satisfied with their service!

Excellent dry cleaners. We used to go to Boomers, but their prices were extremely high and the quality went down. We found Sammy and he’s been above and beyond. He got out an impossible stain. Loyal for life!

I recently posted a not so favorable review for this cleaners. The owner gave me a call and said he wanted to earn my business back. To keep it short, I subsequently had some other items cleaned by the business, Not only did the owner earn my business back with their stellar service ; but I appreciate the integrity the business owner demonstrated by being an individual true to his word. This is a great dry cleaners and a family business which is what America is build on.

I've been using Empire Cleaners' wash-and-fold delivery service for a few months, and they are wonderful! I'm disabled and not able to get downstairs to use my apartment's laundry room, so this service is extremely helpful for me. The laundry is folded very neatly and smells good. They have been super reliable, the website is easy to use, and Sami is always friendly. Definitely recommend them!

I never usually write reviews but I have to say I just had an emergency pick up and they were closed and Sami the owner came to the rescue! saving me! We were travelling and in danger of running out of clean clothes. Empire raced our laundry through, while talking me through the original, signed Peanuts cartoon on the wall. Great service

I am so pleased at the service I have received from Empire Cleaners. I needed a hem done on a gown for my son's wedding. I was told that it is a 1 week turn around but my dress was done in 2 days! They steamed it and bagged it and walked it out to my car to be sure that it didn't wrinkle. I would definitely recommend Empire Cleaners for any of your cleaning or alteration needs.

After living in Santa Rosa for over 25 years, I finally discovered Empire Cleaners! These guys actually care about what they are doing and their prices are excellent. I had a comforter that I brought in that had some tough stains and the customer service guy asked if he could keep it a little longer to work on it, at no extra charge. Came out perfect! This is how personal service should work. I've been back several times since, and have always walked away happy. Thank you Empire Cleaners!!!

Excellent last minute cleaning and pressing! We were in town for a wedding and needed shirts cleaned and suits pressed. Empire was awesome! Very cordial. Turned the work around in less than 24 hours.

Always a great experience; efficient and well priced. Drive east is a hurdle, but appreciate the expertise and ease of dry cleaning.

Had opportunity to pick up my cleaning from Empire today. Sammy (spelling? I'm sorry) was superb. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and helpful--/ excellent customer service and care of different textile types. Isa, who took my order several days ago also provided excellent customer service and care. This establishment is top notch.

Very good laundry and dry cleaning company. I had a problem with getting the collars clean on my dress shirts at another cleaners in town but Empire Cleaners is able to make them as clean as new. They are not cheap but well worth the price you pay!

Fantastic service, with rapid turnaround. Genuinely helpful and friendly staff. I needed a suit cleaned and pressed in time for an interview and my hotel was very unhelpful. Empire Cleaners agreed to help me out despite the fact that I had missed the cut off for same-day service by a couple of minutes, and I am supremely grateful.

I had my bridesmaid dress pressed here. I wasn't sure if a week's notice was enough time. They assured me that I could have even brought it in a couple days before the wedding and they would have had it done ASAP. They were very friendly/welcoming in person, on the phone, and responsive through their "contact us" link on their website. Beautiful job on the dress and reasonably priced! I am so excited to wear it and will definitely be back for future classy events. :)

They always do a great job with our dry cleaning. Regularly have suits and dress shirts cleaned here and it always turns out great. Great people, they are very friendly and always remember my name when I come in. Its worth the drive all the way from Windsor.
