This place has done a 180! Majorly stepped it up! Incredible! Receptionists pick up in just minutes, appointments within a few days (and even last minute), kind doctors, and nice staff! Great job! Also LOVE Dr. Parker Duncan… he is a GEM. 😊

There’s a quest lab on location here. That’s what I use this facility for specifically. Lab staff is quick and efficient. My labs seem to come back quicker when I get them done at this location. I definitely recommend!

This is the best health clinic I've ever been to. They quickly and professionally were able to diagnose every mental health issue I've been experiencing my entire life. They've provided me with dozens of resources for getting myself stable. AND my doctor is learning how to handle hormone replacement therapy just so I don't have to travel to San Francisco ever month for it. I feel so cared for here. I really love it.

They simply make you feel comfortable an me I suffer from phobia of hospitals. With all the people they deal with you still feel as if you are there# 1 patient. Thanks to all of you. Happy Holiday Season because of your great care I enjoy one I feel as well.... George M. Thank you

A bit shocked at the insensitivity and bigotry in several of these reviews. It's certainly busy in there, but people were polite and all waiting/chatting amongst themselves/etc. Y'know, standard waiting room behavior. Because, crazy plot twist here, it's a waiting room!

Got through the line pretty quickly, filled out some forms. Both ladies at the front desk were helpful and very charming. The nurses were incredibly helpful, and were compassionate and patient when I was having a pretty decent amount of anxiety over certain tests (I have GAD and this was my first appointment at a health center in a couple years). I felt like I was really being listened to.

While I do wish I'd gotten a little bit more out of talking with the mental health specialist (particularly, I was requesting testing for a mental disorder typically diagnosed in early childhood but is often misdiagnosed in women), she did recommend services for finding weekly psychological healthcare and offered advice for handling trauma related issues. Also, it was only the first time talking with her, and I realize she was trying to get a grasp of who I was as a patient before heading right into tests (and I probably wasn't being the most patient patient)!

Essentially, while the waiting room can be a little awkward - which I understand for people who are easily overstimulated or are uncomfortable in busy rooms, and the chairs kind of suck - the staff is doing their best to keep things streamlined and functioning well, and the nurses, doctors, and specialists make damn sure to give you the best care possible. Isn't that what matters most here?

This clinic over the past few years has helped me out some much. It's quite amazing to see that our community has excellent healthcare options to those who need it most. I've received nothing but the best service here. Thank you.

Great service .. staff always takes every request very serious and very respectful .. LGBTQ friendly .. as I have many friends of all aspects of life.. and every staff here is always so concerned about your health and attends you with attention and detail and courtesy, and Dr.Toni M. Ramirez is the best I love her. I loooove SWCHC beyond awesome!! Such a great health service for all and they accept medical and will help u get insurance thats very very affordable and all your medical needs and questions they also do optical prescription services that medical covers! And refer you to another optical location to get your physical glasses or contacts that will accept medical there awesome.. great resources here as well 🙏💕🙏

They used to be a very long waiting room. They are always behind and that causes you to wait ✋ longer than you are supposed to be

The staff is always so respectful and helpful it is amazing; and the level of professional demeanor is impressive. It's a great asset to the community.

After the recent Tragedies,Lombardi has gone above and beyond the call of duty for NOT only Lombardi Patients but for Vista Patients as well.

Politics! When the SoCo Bd. of Supes. agreed to let Sutter Hospital renege on their contract to provide medical care to low/no income because they were 5m in the red (Parent Corp. Sutter Health made 500m, that year.) these folks stepped in to fill the void. And, they have done a magnificent job of it!
When the fires of October 2017 swept over Round Barn/Fountain Grove it did not burn Vista Clinic, but it did trigger the extinguisher system which flooded everything! The work these medical practioners did in doubling up at Lombardi (formerly known as Southwest Health, the most underserved quadrant of the city) and obtaining other venues on Airway & Dutton was a wonder to behold. We are resilient/adaptable. No one in this region exemplifies this more than these good people who have a commitment to serve the underserved. BRAVO!! Vista is set to reopen in 2019. BRAVO!!

The quality of care is outstanding. I am very pleased with my doctors, dentists, medical assistants and office staff. Thank you for all you do!

Doctor Jessica Leavit is by far the best doctor I've ever had. She is great at getting you back in shape.

The wait is always long, but all the health care staff that I have seen so far has been great.

I have been blessed with a very difficult health issue I just moved here and wow this bunch of pros are amazing.. I would have to see 3 docs at the Loma Linda med center for what 1 does here..

Been going here since Vista was closed due to fire and the service has been nothing but exceptional! 11/10, would recommend!!

After Vista had to shut down, they're a good place to go!! Slightly further but it's cheap to get there and back on a bus!
