I bought a hall runner at an estate sale and it needed cleaning. Peter and Jose took great care in assessing the carpet. They were able to tell me where it was made and when it may have been made. I was so impressed by their workmanship. It looked like a new carpet when I picked it up....so bright and soft! No doubt these are the people you need to go to to have your treasured rugs cleaned and repaired if needed.

Peter and Sheila at Master Cleaners are just wonderful! They were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They did a phenomenal job cleaning a large, heavy wool rug for us, 5-star service, and the nicest people ever!

They are absolutely the best, and they are wonderful people. They helped me when I was recovering from hip surgery and went out of their way to take care of four wool Persian carpets that had suffered from my neglect. They did a magnificent job. I am grateful to them for going out of their way for me.

My hairdresser recommended Master Cleaners and I could not have had a better experience. I brought in a Navajo rug. Peter carefully and thoughtfully looked it over and was honest about what he could and could not accomplish. Although the process took some time, my rug turned out spectacularly! To my eye, all color bleeding was removed. The colors were crisper than I had ever seen them. I believe they literally go through bit by bit for an overall cleaning. I could not recommend them more highly.

I am overwhelmed at the kindness and wonderful help Peter and Shiela gave me when I called them having just spilled a can of dark walnut stain on the living room carpet. I asked Peter what I should do and he said, "Nothing! I'll be right there." Peter brought over his crew and equipment immediately. Though it was unlikely the dark oil stain could be removed, Peter didn't give up. Not only did he attack the wet stain, he and Adrian cleared out the entire apartment and did all the rooms. When they left that afternoon, there were no signs of any stains. They were completely committed to helping in a very dire situation. Peter really cares about serving people and I would recommend his company unconditionally!

Master Cleaners of Santa Rosa is simply the best. We have had our wool area rug cleaned by them twice and they did an amazing job both times. Recently, they did an excellent job cleaning two upholstered chairs. They even cleaned a smaller washable rug and two pillows for free, saving me the trouble of going to the laundromat to use the big washer/dryer.

Peter and Sheila, the owners, are very customer-service oriented. They make it clear that they want you to be happy and they do their best to make that happen. They do the work quickly and professionally. If you have furniture or a rug in need of cleaning, I highly recommend Master Cleaners of Santa Rosa!

They were very professional. They came and picked our Oriental rugs. They moved our furniture in order to remove the rugs, no small amount of work there. The rugs were thoroughly cleaned, mended and the fringe was trimmed, to keep raveling to a minimum.
We had a huge tear in our rug due to a robot vacuum that kept getting caught on the rug fringe, and tore a big hole in the rug. They mended it like it was new, can’t see any evidence of either the tear or repair.
These people are a delight to work with. Can’t be better, I would recommend them. The cleaning was the best we have had from any other rug cleaner.

Master Cleaners are the best. Due to the visit of my sons dog during rainy season, there was so much dirt in this rug that you couldn’t even see there was a pattern. The technicians came to pick it up and talked me through questions about this rug and another in my house. They took it away and spent quite a bit of time working to get the stains out. It came back like new! And the guys helped me move things around to put it back in place. I can’t speak highly enough about this company. Many thanks, Master Cleaners!

Master Cleaners definitely lives up to its name making my area rug fresh, like new with its original vibrant colors and feel. The service technicians arrived focused on being thorough with measurements, careful study of the carpet condition, fiber type and construction. They told me the type of rug I had, confirmed the type of cleaning and restoration needed, and provided an estimate for cleaning and even a carpet pad. They moved the furniture, rolled up the carpet and took it back to their plant. Within days it was back in my home making it beautiful again!

Years ago I toured the historic, late 1940’s plant and solid equipment that was built to last, to see just how it works. I can say first-hand you can’t clean a rug this well at home!! The industrial strength, safe, multi-step deep-cleaning and drying technology is beyond cool to see, and explains why you’ll experience a clean area rug like really no other available. These people are wonderful! They do a great job, are very thorough and our rugs always look brand new after they clean them. They are also very flexible about pick up and overall easy to deal with. Their pricing is also very good.

Peter is a Master Cleaner, he is technically certified. He a wealth of information and passes that on to his staff. When I brought him my first rug I thought it would challenge them. The area rug was long haired white and pretty dirty. He looked at it and said “no problem”. I thought he might turn it down but he’s seen hundreds like it and it’s an easy clean for them (see pic). They even have equipment that no other companies have to do any job.

The second rug I brought in we got it off a used item website for a good deal. Turns out it was a real Persian rug. He showed me why he believed it was genuine which increases its value. He also explained the theory behind the patterns (Persians are often use garden images to emulate an outdoor garden design). Learned more than I ever thought I could about rugs, carpet cleaning and historical significance. If you want to know anything about the industry he’s your expert. Master Cleaners is the best for all carpet and or rug cleaning needs.

Master Cleaners was a wonderful find and without a doubt, the BEST carpet cleaners I've ever used. They were recommended to me by my carpet resource, Architectural Design Carpets, where I select and purchase all carpets for my clients. As an interior designer, I will only recommend Master Cleaners in the future. Kyle Bowers, Field Technician, was nothing short of amazing. The carpet was wool and I wanted it to be carefully cleaned. Kyle knew to use only cold water, no steam and he carefully proceeded. The carpet came out beautifully! He was thoughtful, professional, and very customer service driven in his approach. In addition, he recommended that my clients use the "Fiber ProTector", a product which can prolong the life of your carpets and it will provide for easier spot removal, protect against sun fading and it even prevents the spread of unwanted bacteria and germs. I will also recommend that finish to my clients. If you need any carpet cleaning, area carpets, stair runners, or wall to wall, I would 100% endorse Master Cleaners. You will not be disappointed!

The best! They took my filthy area rugs and made them look like new. I live in the country and have big dogs that make a giant mess in the winter as well as general wear for many years. They couldn’t have been nicer and went out of their way to make me happy. I will never use anyone else!

We have used Master Cleaners for years to clean and repair our Oriental rugs. They have always done a fabulous job. They come to your home to pick up your rugs, mark where they they were placed, and they return them right where they used to be. We have also had them do repair work on rugs due to moth damage. They do a superb job, I highly recommend Master Cleaners for cleaning and repair work.

I had two area rugs that were left for dead and not only did they revive them, they made them look brand new. Simply could not believe the results. In addition to the quality work the guys that picked up and dropped off the rugs at my home were very kind and professional. Great service.

It has been 3 years since I wrote the review below. Three years of cat and dog crossings and countless human footsteps on our rug. It needed help again!

Peter to the rescue! Peter picked up our rug, gave us a delivery date, and delivered our rug precisely on time! The rug again has been restored to its original color—bright and fresh and a delight to walk on. Every evening I do a series of stretches on our living room rug. Last night was a delight to be on our deeply clean wool carpet.

Peter and Sheila truly care about their clients and work ever-so-hard to please—and they are a great success! I give them my highest recommendation for their once again, first-rate work.

Three years ago: Master Cleaners just delivered my 30-year old wool rug, and I couldn't be happier with the results! This poor abused rug had never been professionally cleaned and the fringe was unravelling when they first came to pick it up.

Now, the original colors have been completely restored, and the colors are rich and varied, the way a hand-made rug should look. Best of all, the edges are no longer unraveling but have been beautifully stitched with perfectly matching thread—you would never know the rug was unraveling!

If you need a rug repaired or cleaned, do not hesitate to call Master Cleaners. Peter and Sheila were a delight to work with, and they delivered my rug earlier than promised! Master Cleaners does first-rate work!

We had the dirtiest rugs and moldiest outdoor cushions ever. When Master Cleaners were done they both looked brand new. They're local and very responsive. Couldn't have had a better experience. They're not cheap but you get what you pay for.....I'm never going anywhere else......

And after several years from my original post I've gone back and our experience is just as good if not BETTER! Speaks volumes about consistency and customer service. And its the same owners.....That's why!
