I believe they are the operators of the coin Laundry on Sebastopol Road Which is where this review pertains to. I recently attempted to wash laundry in one of the larger washers but it malfunctioned and ate $9.50. There was no attendant, nor any "Out of order" tags/forms that the sign said to use, nor contact information of any kind. If you go online to find them it lists this place but no one answers the phone and you can't leave a message. I left two notes at the laundry. but no one has called me back...grrrr!
Also, there were homeless people hanging out there, it was not a good experience.
