Kaiser Permanente Rohnert Park Medical Offices

I was seen for a persistent cough by Jeanine Freeman, Nurse Practitioner and another nurse practitioner in training whose name I can't remember. I can't praise both of them enough. Excellent in every way. They went over my history and all my labs with me because I am diabetic, they asked about my overall health, they spent a good deal of time with me and I was really impressed. They were both friendly, caring and concerned. Excellent care!!! I walked out of the appointment feeling very nurtured. Thanks to both of them!!

Dr. Nana Barnes is an amazing doctor. I came to her after a very unpleasant visit with my previous doctor. By that time, I had already lost hope that anyone would actually listen to me and, more importantly, do something about my issues. And she was the one! She was very attentive and helpful.
She immediately sent me to do more testing, prescribed me some medications, and gave me suggestions on what I could do to help myself. I truly felt cared for. She always responded to all of my follow-up questions via messages. She is an excellent doctor, and I am lucky to be one of her patients.
I also loved how fast everything was done in this facility. For example: lab work was done in less than 10 minutes, and the X-rays in less than 15 minutes.
Everything here is top-notch!

Dr. Barnes is exactly the kind of physician I had been looking for since Dr. Heiler had retired. She’s so professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, truly hears my concerns and treats me with respect. I’m so pleased she accepted me as a patient.

I appreciated that the Rohnert Park campus had appointments available at my convenience, as opposed to the Santa Rosa Kaiser. Check-in was easy. The wait time wasn't long. My physical therapist was knowledgeable, friendly, and gentle. She explained everything in detail and recommended meaningful exercises.

Dr Hamann has a wonderful balance of professionalism with the parent and playfulness with the children. He listens to concerns and makes sure the explanation is well understood. He encourages questions and makes the time spent together insightful and helpful. He is an absolutely exceptional provider of care!

My experience was very positive. Dr Barnes, whom I met for the first time today, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She provided good information and suggestions. Although I'm sorry to see Dr Travinsky go, I feel that I'm in good hands.

Dr. Wright is very "present" when seeing patients. He listens respectfully and provides very clear explanations. In addition to being professional and competent, he obviously cares about his patients.

Nurse Jennine was very kind, gentle and genuinely cared about my mom's condition and took her time to evaluate my mother's skin issues, and hemorrhoids. And sent us home with bandages and ointment to help mend my mom's skin issues. We are so appreciative.

I could not be more delighted with my recent experience with my GP, Dr., Harrison Wright. He actively listened to my prepared questions and answered them in full, providing me with ad vice on how to maintain my good health.

Dr. Syed was very helpful and explained what she was doing and why. She also made arrangements for me to get a treadmill test and an appointment with the CPAP folks. During the appointment, she burned off several problems area on my head and back using liquid nitrogen to preclude more serious issues in the future. I would rate the medical care she provided as "excellent".

The NP Stafford was very professional, took the time to examine my shoulder, and gave me recommendations and also referred me sports medicine for additional care.

Devyn absolutely loves her Doctor! Kevin Hamman is incredibly intuitive and always addresses Devyn with any of our concerns. Even if it’s a question that I have, he looks to Devyn and talks to her because she is, after all the Patient, and in doing so he’s letting her know that she is the one that should be informed about her own health. As a woman, and her mother, I appreciate his approach.
Dr. Hamman‘s physicians assistant, Sarah is also wonderful! Everyone at the Rohnert Park facility is great!

Amy Yuh-Shin Kao OD was great, she has a calm personable demeanor. I felt very comfortable in her office.

My visit with my new doctor went really well. I felt that the doctor heard and understood what, I am going through.

I love Kaiser making appointments are so easy and all the doctors in my experience have been great to work with.

My care at this check up was on time and friendly. Dr Sorensen provided clear descriptions of my condition and my treatment practices. I felt cared for.

I usually go to Kaiser Santa Rosa. But I went to the Rohnert Park building and I was amazed with the service. And the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic doctor! Dr. Hamann is very attentive, a great listener and helpful in navigating the teenage years for both teen and parent.

Dr. Travinsky cares about her patience. She does her best to provide the best care she can and provide solutions to any problems that arise.

I met my new Doctor Dr. Nana Barnes for the first time and liked her care very much. She listened and cared.
