I worked with Georgina Patterson and closed on a really nice house in Oakland, Ca at the end of August 2020. Georgina had no complaints about constantly driving back and forth from Petaluma to Oakland when I was looking for a house to purchase. Georgina met with me a few times a week for almost two months to get me the house I could afford and desired. I admit that I had very specific demands and was utilizing a VA house loan as well. Georgina would cross the bridge multiple times a week to meet to see houses in Oakland which was about a 50 minute drive or longer for her. She was very on top of everything and always got me the required paperwork to view houses within an hour (as per COVID restrictions)! We saw over a dozen houses before I made an offer on one.
