RICHARD and his team gave our family 10 star experience. They are an amazing example.of customer service. My son is so interested in your boats and Richard embraced a kids interest and treated him like a young man giving him information about the boat and the job. Great for Giants games. Fun way to enter the city with no worries about traffic, bridge tolls, and nightmare parking. 20 minute walk down the embarcadero to the park or you can catch a ferry hop from SF ferry terminal to the park. Great views of the bay while riding. They serve snacks and beer too.

Great service, sometimes buses are way to slow,and drivers need better training

At least four catalytic converter’s stolen the day we were there, absolute joke, securities must be in on it since they never seem to see anything , even a Vehicles being jacked up so they can cut them out. Nobody sees that either … Maybe Time to enforce the laws ourselves as the police here don’t seem to care… what a joke of a town Vallejo has turned into…

Do not park here. We have issues with theft every time we leave a vehicle overnight. This time they drilled a hole in the bottom of the fuel tank and stole the gas. Now I have a $2,000 repair estimate to get tank replaced. Such a joke and I was inside the parking garage.

The perfect place to leave your car and have your catalyst stolen, your windows broken and your belongings stolen and no authority wants to file a report, you have to do it online, think twice before using this place.

Parked a rental car here for a day trip to SF for a Giants game while on a family vacation, came back to find windows smashed and 6 people’s luggage for a week stolen. We had covered everything with blankets, but was still obvious there was stuff in the car.

The trip was for a family wedding, so wedding clothes and gifts were taken, total value stolen added up to $18k. Vallejo police were utterly useless and could not care less. No one will monitor this lot and no one will stop people from breaking into your car, you will lose your items, and you will have no recourse.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Got my window smashed and video of man stealing catalytic converter off of truck in front of me on my dash cam.

Years past no problem. Now - nope! Apparently, the company that oversees the parking garage is well aware of thefts of catalytic converters and has YET to put up any signage (it's on the way) and the garage isn't monitored like it used to be. Thanks!!

After a perfect day in San Francisco, I returned to the parking garage (Vallejo Ferry) and the back windows of the rental car had been smashed in and EVERYTHING had been stolen out of the vehicle. They broke in, pulled the seats down and stole everything out of the trunk. I was parked near a camera. Several others vehicles were also vandalized this day. We called the Vallejo PD and they told us they were not coming out for situation and to file a police report online. I felt so violated. DO NOT PARK HERE!!

Parked in morning to take ferry. Came back at 6 pm. Catalytic converter stolen. I too noticed what looked like car window glass in a parking spot on same row as where I parked. I want to reduce car traffic in SF but cannot afford this kind of vandalism. No obvious signs of any security or cameras.
