Best, most efficient, car buying experience I’ve ever had. My man Rodney knows what’s up, he communicated with me via text, answering my questions every step of the way. My loan was approved over the phone and I literally picked up my new electric car on my lunch break. I would *never* step foot on a used car lot, but RCU has an impeccable reputation. I’ve done all my banking here for nearly 20 years, sent my three kids to do their banking here when they were old enough, and sent my oldest son to get his car loan at RCU during their annual rate sale. I’ve moved out of Sonoma County, but I’m not leaving this financial institution.Ever. You guys rock, thank you!

I bought a car from Rcu auto and they are so helpful. The manager at Rcu was really nice to me help me with all my questions the employee that helped me and brought back my car and told me all my info on my car when I had left it with them for maintenance. His name is Zack. Awesome I just wanna thank Rcu. Thank you so much for doing what you did for me.

I've always steered clear of this car sales lot because I thought it was just too expensive. However, recently, they had just the truck I wanted, so I looked deeper. I was pleasantly surprised. The salesman, Rodney Frost, took the time to answer all my questions without pressure. A unique experience in auto buying. All the elements of my ultimate purchase were handled smoothly, quickly, professionally, and patiently. The purchase price was exactly what I expected, and the transaction was the best purchase experience ever.

I had such a great experience with Carlos. He is very well versed and super knowledgeable. He makes the process easy and comfortable. I definitely recommend getting a car with him or going to him for car advice if you’re looking to sell your car. Overall RCU has such great deals. We’re so happy with our new car.

Just bought a truck from RCU and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few! I usually do my research and go into a dealership prepared to haggle and spend hours and hours. Sarah found the perfect truck for me (it was not in stock) and there was just nothing to haggle about. The price was just what it should have been. Sarah took care of getting the loan approval and I was out the door with my new truck in about an hour. No pressure. No haggling. No big spiel about extended warranties. It was a fantastic all around experience. I will never go anywhere else again.

Purchasing from RCU was ridiculously easy. I called around 4:30 PM inquiring about my options for auto loans and rates (we had just remodeled our home, and I didn't know where we stood financially). My husband's truck was long in the tooth, and I wanted to get something more reliable for his commute. I spoke with Noah. He took down my information, and let me know he would get back to me in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later, he had some options, but needed clarification. I spoke with him again, and 15 minutes, he had final offers! In a total of 30 minutes, this man was able to get me qualified, complete with the breakdown of rate, monthly payment, and total loan. After quickly conferring with my husband, we ended up meeting Noah after hours at 6:30 PM, where we took a look at a few options we had in mind. Noah never rushed, pressured, or coerced us into anything. He was honest, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. The whole car buying experience lasted a total of 1.5 hours (from when we stepped on the lot, to when we drove off with a new truck!). The longest time taken was from us deciding. The paperwork was less than 30 minutes. Would easily go back for our next car!

Great pricing, no pressure, and very friendly and helpful staff. The buying process was seamless and they were able to get me a loan with a great interest rate on a well maintained and reasonably priced vehicle in under an hour. They also helped me open an insurance account and register for an appointment at the DMV. Tim Neese is a great person to do business with (I am fairly sure he was the guy that helped us). Thank you!

The process was so easy and stress free that, even though I live 3+ hours away, I'll shop there the next time I need a car. All questions were answered patiently and in detail. Nothing was rushed. Loved the experience. Very low key.

They're awesome! Came in for a appraisal, completed in 5 minutes, can't back to actual trade in and that only took 10 minutes. The team is nice and courteous. Recommend

Easiest and most pain-free way to purchase a vehicle. You can either pick a car from the lot or you can have RCU find you exactly what you want from elsewhere. Tim found us exactly what we wanted and made the process very pleasant. I don't see us ever purchasing a vehicle in the future without RCU's help.

Nick made it super easy. A bonafide professional. Did the deal including finance in 2 hours. And I went home with a new car.
