George was super helpful when I was making a large purchase of both lumber and other items for a camper renovation! He even helped me out through the lumber door and let me pull the car around to load even though I wasn’t a “pro” member! Thanks a bunch!

Great customer service. But with any big box store wear good shoes because you’ll be walking a lot. Summer 2023 they have a large selection of live flowers and plants to choose from in addition to their normal inventory.

Lowes is hands down my favorite hardware/lumber store in town. I Go here for all my project needs and have always found what I needed. Friendly staff help you find what you’re looking for and it’s awesome because the store is DOG FRIENDLY! 🐶 it’s great being able to shop with your best friend.
Their garden section has so many great plants and outdoor options and a small but always appreciated thing is the birds flying around and making there home inside (though I’m sure it’s a nuisance for the employees)

While shopping for electrical component materials for my home everything was readily available and easy to find.
In the store. Cashier completed sales transaction and i was out in less than forty-five minutes.
This was an early morning excursion.

In and out quick to buy my kids a washer and dryer. Salesman helped us immediately. Was surprised by the next day delivery.

This is a great store. The employees are always pleasant and helpful, and the store is always clean and well organized. Plus the fact that Lowe's loves and appreciates military veterans, and gives them a discount on everything with no restrictions!

Bought our washer and dryer. Marcus knows his stuff and was super helpful. He set it up to be delivered when we needed it.

Nice store with tons of merchandise. Helpful people who are also very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. The store was also very clean. Especially for a home improvement place. Prices are pretty competitive as well.

We were just at the store in St. George and the short little blond at the contractors desk was so helpful and friendly and a shoutout to Chuck for helping us load 10 sheets of OSB and 4 sheets of sheet rock. Superb customer service. Thank you

Went to look for trees for our garden. Came home with bunch of flowers. Great selection of plants. Friendly stuff. Easy check out.

This Lowe's is pretty good. Every time i've been here the staff have been helpful, and they almost always have the hardware of appliances I have needed.

We came to buy a bird bath, that we saw was on sale. The one we liked was cracked and we asked if there was another one like it, we could buy. The employees were so helpful, they checked and found out there were more of those specific ones up on the high storage shelf. A worker got a fork lift and an employee by the name of Jerry Mantel, got the bird bath we wanted, put it on a trolly, took it up to the checkout counter and after we paid for it, he took it out and loaded it into our truck for us. He was extremely friendly, and helpful. Employees, like that, make one want to to return to Lowe’s to shop!

Purchased large (125 lb ea) concrete planters from the home & garden area to have delivered. Too heavy for us to bring home ourselves. Transaction was easy. Delivery was prompt and communicated well. Planters weren’t damaged. Loving the planters!

I stopped in the buy several items and was having a hard time finding them despite it saying the store had several. Chad, in the outdoor/yard-care and flower area took nearly half hour trying to find them for me. We determined that they were stocked incorrectly. He asked me for my number and then called me three times that night to keep me updated. I stopped in the next day and he had a cart already loaded for me with my name on the box. I’ve never seen a large-box store customer service be so incredible. Please tell him thanks and let him know his service was the best I’ve ever seen.

Ive worked in the industry for years as a commercial contractor, and spend a good 40k a year at home depot however this single lowes store has by far the best staff ive ecountered. Brittney and mike M have really converted a long time orange customer. Their knowledge and integrity is rare in retail.

Ok so ya this location is not the largest, I will say the Management (Ben K.) is amazing. I have needed to work with him on a few items ranging from community to product issues, and I will say I will return here 10 times out of 10 because of Ben K. They also stand behind there products and services which are great. Thanks for the wonderful community feeling.

Chad in the garden department st the St George UT store is amazing. He went above and beyond customer service. He helped us load some ledge wall when it was his lunch break time.

I buy everything I can at Lowe's from appliances to Lumber screws nails and tools. I've recently got into gardening and they have everything for that also. Super friendly helpful and they seem to have everything in stock
