Over the weekend I stopped by Legacy Auto because I spotted a Chevy Tahoe I really wanted. Freddy the owner worked with me on the price and was willing to go above and beyond to accommodate any needs or concerns I had. Ultimately it didn’t work out because my wife didn’t feel buying a lifted Chevy Tahoe was “necessary”. I strongly disagree. Even so, Freddy is definitely someone I’d recommend doing business with. 5 stars.

I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago I signed a ACH payment for a account to have my monthly payments run. I called to pay my pay with another card then the same card was run again illegally! I paid my car off after this problem! It’s now been 3 months I’ve never received my title. I keep getting the run around or Katie who answers the phones does not answer my calls due to caller ID! The old owner sold the business but my title is still under legacy but I keep getting told to talk to the old owner! I’m reporting all of this to the Better Business Bureau and to the service they use for the DMV services! If this has happened to you you should also do the same!

Be careful / TENGA CUIDADO, the seller Freddy engages in unethical practices when selling the car and then doesn't respond. He will include high-sum insurance without showing it to you. Make sure to thoroughly review the final contract with the financing company. He added an "optional" $2,300 insurance contract that I never requested and where he earns a commission. Without a doubt, he deceives and leaves much to be desired. Always ask for a copy of the contract he makes you sign and NEVER leave blank spaces in the contract for him to fill in later.

Tengan cuidado, el vendedor Freddy tiene practicas poco eticas al vender el carro y después no responde. Va a meter seguros de altas sumas y no se los va a mostrar. Revisen bien con la empresa de financiación como queda el contrato final. Él me puso un contrato "opcional" de 2.300 dólares de seguros que nunca pedí y en los que él gana comisión. Sin duda, hace engaños y deja mucho que desear. Pidan siempre copia del contrato que el hace firmar y NUNCA DEJEN ESPACIOS EN BLANCO EN EL CONTRATO que el después llena.
