Extremely nice owner. Good chicken and waffle. If you like sweets, you're going to love the peach cobbler.

Support small businesses like this one! Got a medium-well cheeseburger and some chili cheese fries. Food was ready within 10 minutes of placing my online order and was hot and delicious! Will definitely eat from here again the next time I'm in the neighborhood.

We ordered the Chicken and waffles and a Cheese burger.

Chicken & Waffles: the waffles were fluffy, airy and warm 👌the chicken was good. They offer bone or boneless. I opted for bone and got two legs. (**Apologies, i started eating the C&W before taking the picture**)

Cheese burger: The burger was simple but good. I like how they didn't try to do anything special or anything. It was just a cheese burger and it was good!

The food was phenomenal and filling for a very reasonable price. Staff is incredibly friendly and the service was fantastic. Just go here, you won't regret it.

Comfort food at low prices, I like to stop here for lunch because I can get a fresh made meal for the same price as fast food. The staff make you feel welcome and like part of the family. My go to is usually the Obama Burger combo, simple and filling. Try out their chicken tenders though, they are amazing! And don’t miss grabbing one of their homemade cobblers while you are there.

No wait time very friendly people they were very helpful. I had a double cheeseburger with bacon and it was very good. Variety selection of ketchup including us cilantro and jalapeno. Next time I will try their cobbler.

Food is awesome and staff is very friendly. Will definitely be back when I'm in town.

OMG, was passing through & had the best BLT sandwich! Nae Nae, the proprietor was holding down the front counter. She talked me into taking home some of ther delicious cobbler. My wife loves me even more for bringing this home to her! But now she wants me to take her to try their BBQ

Had a taste for grits and bacon, yelp has them listed as #1 for grits in the Vallejo area. When I tell you, they did not disappoint……believe it!!!! Very clean, great atmosphere and awesome customer service. I will definitely be back😋😋🙌🏿🙌🏿🥰

This place is really something else. I went in there expecting to get a hamburger... I ended up with their special, which was meatloaf on mashed taters and gravy, collard greens, candied yams, and Mac and cheese and peach cobbler. It was like a Thanksgiving feast. Safe to say I'm going to be useless at work the rest of the day, haha. Highly recommend this place. I'm 100% coming here the next time I'm in Vallejo.

The breakfast was great. If you're familiar with Southern breakfast cuisine, and you love it - this is the place for you. I ordered the fried fish and grits with a side waffle. You can taste the love in the food. Everything was excellent. This is a family owned business where everybody knows your name. The owner is the person in the back preparing the meals, and she takes pride in every plate. Go here, sit a bit, and enjoy some good food and conversation. Don't forget to get a piece of homemade lemon cake to go.

Don't Sleep on this spot ! Fries are bomb, burgers with grilled onion is great . I'll def be back to try more items off the menu. If you like nations burger and in and out burger then you will like the burgers here .

Great yams, meatloaf, and I had a GREAT double cheese burger.

First, the food was past the expectations of being perfect barbecue. Second, we came late and instead of showing us the door they politely gave us great service and great food. I felt like I was at home on my living room couch eating food from heaven. Their service went above and beyond, they went way out of there way to turn on the fryer for a pickey eater. Absolutely great restaurant. I'm annoyed that they dont have 5 stars.

The food is delicious, the lady who runs it is so very nice and the prices are great! What's not to love about this place?
I first came here three years ago and have wanted to come back ever since. This is such a wonderful, home like place. I can't recommend it enough!
(p.s.: the lemon cake is the best I've had anywhere)

Man... all I have to say is try the omelet! Also, the toast was delicious as well as the grits! The waffle a friend of mine ordered was also delicious and huge. The woman working was basically like your grandma. She was so nice and threw down in the kitchen! Pricing is so cheap. Definitely would like to go back and try lunch! Easy five stars from me.

The service is great and they motivate you to try new things or should i say Tastes. Michelle Obama chicken breast sandwich between waffles is amazing and I can't believe they have 7-Up cake I haven't had that since my great grandma was alive. I highly recommend stopping bye
