My husband contacted them for business insurance, they charged him, told him he has insurance. The next day told him he was declined. I am still not sure why they declined him, it had something to do with it being a conflict with his other business. They never refunded our money, I had to send several emails and make several calls to try and get the money back. They said they would refund our money, we were charged $570 and they are trying to refund $567. It all seems a little scammy to me. This caused my husband a lot of stress.
