Before hiring ARS, I looked into three other companies. It was clear by the other websites, reviews and price quotes that ARS was the company to choose. Plus a woman owned business - I knew the job would be high quality and I was right. The workers, Pedro and Juan, were delightful, hardworking and very responsive to my questions. Pedro used a specialized magnet daily to check for nails that fell into the yard when the old roof was taken off. The roof not only looks great but it comes with a transferable warranty if we were to sell. Lastly, I can't say enough about owner Letitia and her office staff. Professional and fun. What more could you ask for?

I have hired ARS several times to do work on my roof. First, when I bought my house and needed some work done to get it up to code. I also had them install gutter guards. Most recently, I had them clean my roof since it was covered in moss and tree debris. Letitia's crew came out in the rain and spent 4 hours on my roof scrubbing it completely clean. They also cleaned my gutters and did a fantastic job. If you didn't know, ARS is a black-owned business and Letitia, the CEO has been recognized nationally for her entrepreneurship and leadership. She also founded a local nonprofit that helps youth get jobs in construction. Totally 100% worth supporting this awesome company!

I was experiencing a leak in the roof over my garage. ARS went above and beyond my expectations to get this issue fixed. They were completely booked and still made the time to come fix my leak in December before the rain started coming. That consideration alone was worth me giving them my business. But on top of that every employee is so nice and friendly every step of the way. It was a painless process from inspection to project completion. And now I can rest easier knowing my roof won't leak during these crazy storms. Thank you ARS!!!

All the people who work for ARS are stellar. Every crew member who came on site did a fantastic job, were polite, respectful and communication was spot on. We had needs that needed to be addressed and they were taken care of with the utmost professionalism. Letitia Hanke's company is amazing. I have worked with other roofing companies and by far, ARS out ranks them all. The communication is the #1 priority and this company has that. The roof looks incredible. I made the mistake of not using ARS Roofing when I replaced my roof...fast forward 5 years...I had a roof leak that I noticed 30 minutes before I was set to leave for the airport for a 13 day trip. I called the emergency line, the owner called me back personally to assure me that they would be to my house that day. I left for the airport knowing the issue would be handled, and it was. They texted me photos while I was on my trip to assure me that patch was made and set up a time to come do the full repair. Lesson #1: Hire ARS in the first place to do the roof. Lesson #2: Emergency services/repairs top notch.

The team at ARS did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our 100 year-old craftsman house in Santa Rosa, replacing an aging tar + gravel roof with a new shingled roof. The upgrade enabled us to have a dry roof over our heads, and a new solar installation. When we had questions or concerns, they were responsive and prompt at addressing them. For example: after the installation, we noticed some issues with the gutters that needed to be fixed. They came out within the week to address our concerns, and we're happy with the results. We'd recommend ARS's work to anyone who wants high quality work done to their house.

We engaged ARS to replace the roof on our home in Marin County, in preparation for a solar panel installation. Everyone we worked with at ARS, from Letitia (the owner) to Bret (the estimator) to Destiny (the office manager) to the installation crew was professional and communicated clearly.

Our home is large and split across two-and-a-half floors on a steep hill. There are many segments and pitches to the roof; it's not the easiest home to re-roof. ARS did a fantastic job. The new roof looks great.

During the project, we noticed some debris accumulating around the house as a result of the roof work. When I brought this up to Letitia and asked her to make it a priority, the team cleaned up the mess and then made sure to check the site every day.

From start to finish an amazing and satisfying experience with ARS. Their inspection and proposal was prompt, detailed, and competitive. While they’re a busy company they were very responsive to our request to schedule us as soon as possible. They job was excellent and their crew so friendly. Our premises were spotless after they were done. When we have to replace our roof we won’t go anywhere else!

I HIGHLY recommend ARS! While visiting my aunt last winter her bathroom flooded. First thought toilet was leaking so called a plumber. Upon further investigation water was coming down wall onto floor due to a clogged downspout and rain. I needed a miracle to address the emergency before I had to leave, Christmas week, with a forecast of more rain. In first call to a local roofing company I was told the soonest opening was February. I asked if they could recommend anyone (I was not local) and they suggested ARS. Thank goodness! Letitia returned my call promptly and was able to get a crew to my aunt's house that afternoon! She was understanding, helpful and extremely knowledgeable (side note - Letitia also trains tradespeople and runs charities). Oscar and Mario came within several hours and cut back vines that had grown onto the roof, trapping leaves the length of the gutter. They could not have been nicer and also repaired part of gutter that needed support. Such relief to get that fixed for my family and avoid a much bigger issue. Destiny in the office was also helpful regarding invoice payment. Again, I HIGHLY and whole heartedly recommend ARS! Thank you Letitia and team!

ARS has been one of the best companies we’ve worked with since buying a house. Getting a new roof is a huge financial decision and I wanted to go with a company that would do it right the first time and that’s exactly what we got. The companies communication is top notch. Everyone I’ve spoken with at this company has been patient and kind. They will even have someone come pick up things from you if you need them to. And the owner is an absolutely lovely woman who personally comes by to make sure the work is done and done well. I HIGHLY recommend ARS for your roofing needs.

ARS Roofing not only saved the day for me during last year's storm but followed through with a full roof replacement that had a few unexpected challenges. The team (office and onsite) were always professional, kept me informed of when they would be onsite, and took the time to show me where the source of damage was from the storms and how they were ensuring the issues would be resolved. First rain after the replacement I was a bit nervous ... but everything stayed nice and dry inside. And the cherry on top, the gutter guards mean no more squirrel peanut shells clogging the downspouts!

We hired ARS to clean and screen some problematic rain gutters and it was a breeze from start to finish. One call, an inspection visit and their crew showed up on time and finished the job quickly, and left no trace behind. Great company, I'd highly recommend.

I have known ARS for a long time and have had many community interactions with them. When covid hit, like a lot of us, we decided to update the house. The tile roof needed to be updated, new gutters and gutter covers. I called Letitia and she had her team get right on it. We got the estimate quickly and then decided to make it happen. Roof was done first, then the gutters and covers. When they removed the old gutters, poor construction from when the house was built, revealed issues with part of the roof and the damage as a result, ARS let me know, showed me the options and we went ahead and had them fix it all. Well worth it! It looks great and their team made it easy!
