Salt Lake Express

My shuttle trip from Salt Lake City to St. George was one of the best ever. The captain of the ship was Misael Aguilar who provided excellent customer service from doing a great job loading the luggage to a smooth ride.
It was the first time I rode in one of the larger buses that included electrical outlets and USB ports as well as plenty of comfortable leg room. Misael guided us through the beautiful Utah landscape with an expert hand and really made my trip a pleasure.

After Greyhound SCREWED UP my trip beyond description (truly would be a incredibly long list to write). forcing me as a ticketed passenger to SLEEP ON THE SIDEWALK FOR 3 DAYS OUTSIDE THE LAS VEGAS BUS STATION because the only 'rent' a stall at the federally owned depot. It was a freaking NIGHTMARE.
THIS outfit, THESE people were AMAZING!!! they have the most COMFORTABLE waiting area for a 6 hour layover. Complimentary COFFEE included!!
Salt Lake Express needs to buy out the GreyMutt bus company and take over the bussing industry

Not a bad experience...clean, safe, friendly driver.... the only thing is the first bus I was on was pretty hot and there was no individual control or vents for the AC ... but still cheap and well ran

Joseph Forbess was my driver. Great drive, we arrived to our destination safely and he got us there a few minutes before our estimated arrival.

I want to provide positive feedback regarding the performance of two (2) customer service representatives, Antonio and Devin, who provided exceptional customer service. My sister, Joanne, was on her annual trip to visit her sons in Idaho. Joanne takes Salt Lake Express from Boise airport to Rupert and enjoys the convenience of taking the bus. When Joanne got off the bus in Rupert, she left her favorite jacket on the bus. She was crestfallen.
I called Salt Lake Express to see what we could do, and I had the fortune to talk with Antonio. Antonio raised the driver on the radio, and the jacket was found. Yay!! Antonio suggested that the jacket could be returned to Rupert the following day when the bus would pass through Rupert. We agreed that it would be a viable plan and we would talk the next day at 1:00 pm to confirm the plan.

The following day, I had the good fortune of talking with Devin who confirmed that the jacket was on the bus and Joanne could receive it by going to the bus stop at the appointed stop time.

Joanne was overjoyed to get her favorite jacket back, and I want to express appreciation to the Salt Lake Express management on the performance of Antonio and Devin so that they could acknowledge them in some appropriate way which will inspire them to continue their excellent customer service to other customers like they had done in our interaction.

I rode from Parowan Utah to Salt Lake City. Driver was Luke Davidson, providing exceptional, driving skills and service! He is an overall very nice guy, very courteous and professional!

Claudia was a great and friendly driver. The trip felt smooth.

Luke was our driver from Las Vegas to Saint george and there were some outside of our control factor travel issues but Luke was calm and patient and not only assured us he would do anything he could do to get our full bus back home safely but he had great kindness and was a great conversationalist. 5 stars to Luke with salt lake express crew!

Cristie went past beyond the call of duty to make sure I was ok. I had to use a walker for mobility. She was very pleasant and helped me out, and even spoke to the connecting driver, Martin to make sure I'd be taken care of. Martin was an outstanding person, and as profesional as they come. I felt I was on a tour bus because of his way of announcing the progress of the trip, upcoming stops, and explaining details coming up as if he were our private chauffeur. Both of these drivers lessened the impact that the driver that left me stranded in my transfer in Las Vegas terminal, which wouldn't even give me his name for my way of referring in an upcoming complaint about his sorry attitude to the point of yelling at me due to my mobility issue. The security team of 4 RTC security guards stood behind me and denied his request to remove me from the van. Thus, by calling the local police and delaying the departure for over half an hour and jeopardizing the following 20 minute transfer in St George for the rest of the passengers. I stood my ground and happily complied with the local authorities, which handled it in a very supportive manner and joyfully helped me off the van and apologized for having to enforce my voluntary exit from the van upon their mandatory removal as the red haired stressed out driver lied to them about my behavior etc, and his insistence in leaving me stranded. I just had to thank the two Las Vegas officer for their professionalism. The picture red haired driver refused on three requests of giving me his name. The following day he must have lied to the other drivers, but Cristie must have understood after being confronted be the RTC security team explaining how the incident actually went down, and from that moment on was exceedingly accommodating, and made sure the rest of my trip, after being stranded over five hours, was excellent. The RTC officers backed me up 100% because they had had problems in the past with the red-haired driver. My sister, back home, called the office to pacify the unruly driver, and was unable to obtain the name of the rep lady, who would deny her request of speaking with a supervisor. All this happened on the out bound transfer in Vegas late Wed night 7/26, just past midnite, and the whole negative incident with the nameless capricious driver in the picture whom left me stranded even after I had complied, with the help of three other passengers in enabling me to seat in the back of the bus. I did not want to let this driver deny the 5 star rating that Cristie, and Martin, both deserved. As for the company, allowing to have this incompassionate, useless, egotistical degenerate driver even be employed deserve less than one star. The formal complaint shall follow with more details of this worthless human being in the picture. The van and driver in question are pictured above for the record.

Took the service for the second time, this time from Lovelock, NV to Reno, NV on August 24, 2023. I was the driver's first ever pick-up at that location and had a solo-ride to Reno, the driver of the somewhat tattered van entertaining me with an extremely varied Playlist at club volume, with my consent, of course. Well done, I absolutely loved that ride.

Only downside: The pickup location is not marked in any way, and nobody in town even knew there is a bus going through Lovelock.
For those who need to know: It's in the McDonald's parking lot. Maybe SLE could do a little awareness campaign in town.

Always a relaxing and enjoyable ride with the SLE. The vans usually can get a little full depending on the time of day, but, they are always timely and prompt.

I took the shuttle from Provo to St. George, December 3rd the 2 o'clock time. I have ridden many times I am still nervous every time. We had an extremely kind helpful
driver I was traveling with my big oxygen equipment. It was difficult to manage, when the driver seen me get out of my car he came over,and took care to place all my stuff and I on the bus.This is the best driver I have ever had. His name is Todd A. Thankyou for a safe trip home to my family.

I enjoy riding with Salt Lake Express whenever I go to see my dad in Saint George. Highly recommend them.

I was nervous about it being a shuttle instead of an actual big bus but it surprisingly was a good experience. Plenty of air that was cold, space was decent, drivers one all trips have been awesome. Great drivers for sure and attentive to each passenger and any needs they may have. I would recommend them over Greyhound 100%.

Early morning (4 am!!!) ride to Vegas airport was made positive from the get go by female driver christie smith. Her pleasant cheerful Good morning, her efficient handling of all luggage and other matters made the trip in silence (so we all could sleep) perfect.
