Sonoma RV Storage

We have been renting with Sonoma Storage since 2019. The security and welcoming attendance given to us, by the owners, is so reassuring. We feel very safe and well taken care of. We can always get someone on the phone if we need anything; they are alway so friendly and helpful.

Gee! I sure wish I had taken your advice when I had my RV taken to a private storage in Santa Rosa! It has been ONLY 6 months and our beautiful RV has been destroyed completely by rats, garbage and just about everything else. I am livid! So they say live and learn! Too bad it comes at such a steep price! If there is a next time I will stay at Sonoma RV Storage!!!☆!☆!☆!☆!☆!☆!☆!☆!☆!☆!☆!☆!☆!☆

I am very happy with your website and the monthly auto-pay service. Through the website, I can research my billing history, and the monthly auto-pay means I don’t have to write a check each month. Both improvements save me time. Thanks Sonoma RV for making it simple!

I have being doing business for a long time with this company, they are great people, they work with you to met your needs. I find the storage rates affordable...I will continue doing more business with them in the future.

Great place to store your trailer or?

I am sitting here now waiting for a call back from them because suddenly my code does not work. No one usually answers the phone so it's a bit frustrating. Other than that, it is an out in the open storage place that seems secure. I've had no issues in the 10 months I have been here. The internet says the gate access is till 9:00 p.m. but it's actually only till 8:00 p.m. but they have not corrected it.

Sonoma RV Storage is home to my 2nd home - my Itasca Navion class C RV "Rosie". She is in good company there with a number of other clean, well kept RVs, trailers, and trucks. This is NOT an RV graveyard!

The open gravel lot at Napa Road and East 8th Street is easily accessible from Napa County to the east, Marin County to the west, and all of Sonoma Valley. Napa Road is a busy through route here but I have never had to wait even a minute for a break in traffic to turn into or out of the site.

Don't be put off by the unfenced dirt lot of "semi-retired" trucks and buses on your right as you head straight back to Sonoma RV Storage. This motley vehicular collection is a separate business. Having passed it, you face the secure, modern gate to Sonoma RV Storage.

Rosie is secure inside the completely fenced RV storage yard, which is monitored 24/7 by security cameras and an on-site attendent. Key your assigned code onto the lighted gate key pad to open the gate for entry and exit. This enables the facility manager to review gate traffic - another layer of security.

Once inside, you'll find plenty of maneuvering room for even a large class A RV.

While Sonoma RV Storage lacks upscale amenities such as restrooms and hose tap for washing or filling tanks, I find its friendly staff, convenient location, and moderated rates a perfect fit for my Rosie.

Nice people, affordable storage, good service

very nice people working here - alejandro is so sweet. i was allowed to work on my
rv here- that was a plus! i had some things stolen from outside my secured RV (and boss has no interest in checking security tapes to find thief) so i rate 3/5 stars for lax security. Id not store something of value here, as they are not insured for any loss inside nor outside your vehicle.

Alejandro is so unprofessional. He insulted me numerous times. It was the worse customer service I have ever received. And I've been storing my rv there for years too. I cant get ahold of the owner and the voice message box is always full. I would like the owner to contact me to discuss this unprofessional situation. Alejandro also stalked us the whole time we were at my trailer as well. Im just shocked how badly this man is behaved.
