Unaware that there was a huge sale going on. The yellow tags identified the products that were discounted. Not just 20%… I’m talking about 80% and 90% off on some items.

I’m rating on what I needed and service. I needed Rain gear and high visibility rain gear. They had the boots, high visibility reflective gear, umbrella, and black latex gloves. I was a bit lost because i don’t live anywhere near here so i obviously asked an associate for help. Not only the associate helped me in what I needed he went online to search for something else I needed and printed me the location to where I can get my high “viz” vest. 5 star service if you ask me.

Mellow store to shop at for home goods and appliances. I went here to get a sliding barn door, which had one of the best prices we could find. Large variety of goods in a massive building. Their nursery has healthy nice plants. Parking is wide open and easy out front. Their return policy is great. A little more staff would be helpful. But this is my first time going here, and it could be because of Covid for the limited staff. All in all nice place to get some good deals for home.

This is the best lows I've ever been to In My Life everybody who works here is friendly knowledgeable experienced and helpful and supportive they become like a second family to me special shout out to the pro desk without them my housing project would not have gone as easily kim, brian, chelsea, penny and all of the wonderful people that I've had the privilege of working with there they are amazing I highly recommend this lows if you want the best price best service and best support than you found the right place to go!

The store is clean, well stocked and well staffed. The associates at the paint department are very knowledgeable and professional.

As far as big box stores Lowe's is among the best. Their aislesy are organized and not cluttered. Far better shopping experience than most, if not all, big box stores.

I like Lowe's large assessment of home improvements. All appliances for your kitchen are readily available.
I enjoy colored flowers for outside and Lowe's has great flowers. Whatever your need for outside or indoor improvements are, Lowe's will help you find it.

Staff was incredible!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Went out of their way to help me. Plus, I noticed they treated other customers the same way. Kudos! Kudos!

I went to this Rohnert Park location to repair my broken laundry machine. Liz in appliances went above and beyond to help. She escorted me to a few places to help me find the supplies I needed and she even sorted through a box of items waiting to be placed on the shelf to help me find a replacement C-clip. She could've easily just said they were out of stock. Instead, I was able to complete my repair that evening. Thank you, Liz!

I wanted different thicknesses of bailing wire for different applications. I haven't bought a hose clamp in over 30yrs.
Had 3 clamps on each side of a sleeve on polypipe. Still had a drip. One wire clamp, no
More leak. Haven't used a conventional clamp since. Twist until it breaks off, almost never is sharp. Look at the Twist. If you do it opposite direction it will look very different

I spoke with Keifer yesterday, in the flooring department, about my upcoming home remodeling project. He was extremely helpful answering all my questions and advising me about availability of the ceramic tile product I am interested in purchasing. He went above and beyond by walking to several different areas to confirm information and even helped by looking online to confirm shipping dates of several items I had already purchased. Thanks Keifer for your friendly and professional attitude.

Probably the best large home improvement store in the county. The service is great and all of the staff are knowledgeable unlike other large home improvement stores. Lowes also supports initiatives in local communities.

Thanks Matt for Great Customer Service. Went in this morning looking for Cob Web Removal replacement "heads", he was busy stocking shelves, the shelf was empty but I could see the replacements in the over head-overstock area. When I approached Matt he offered me a very friendly greeting, he listened to my needs and didn't hesitate to find a ladder and offer me help. Matt even asked me to kindly back-up so he could safely get the items for me. What may seem so simple yet such great service opportunities missed by many...Thanks again Matt
