Sanchez Auto Repair

We were in town for a holiday weekend when our 2006 Mini Cooper's serpentine belt broke, and we had to take it in. We left our car in Sanchez's lot late Friday night and left a message on their answering machine. Early Saturday morning, we got a call confirming he received the car; 1 hour later, it was fixed, and 1 hours after it was ours again after a test drive and cleanup. Extremely appreciative of their excellent and fast work.

I had an emergency issue with my car, and Sanchez Auto Repair was the closest shop. They were so kind and helpful and were able to fix the issue and make the car drivable again. So grateful that they were there and willing to look at my car on a Saturday afternoon!

So first of all I just want to say that I regret taking my vehicle to this guy Mr Sanchez very unprofessional and is not licensed works under different names in a false license number. He has been reported several times and took him to court and always fails to pay. I am in the proceedings of taking him to court as well. He took more than 3 months to fix my vehicle and he threatened to tow my vehicle away when I asked him. When would my vehicle be ready after I had to pick up the parts myself from the GMC dealer because he couldn't seem to pick up the parts himself after he's so clean reconstructed my engine so claim that my vehicle was ready when I took my vehicle it broke down and was undrivable... He is also red flagged and has been reported to a automotive barr association of Sonoma county and there's action being taken against this so-called mechanic

Had this guy install a clutch on my car took him 5 months and the car still not running. Now its something to do with the transmission when the car only has 80k miles it’s always something with this mechanics and the sad thing it’s our own people that we trust to work on our cars and they are the ones that take advantage of us the most …SAD BUT TRUE DONT TAKE UR CAR HERE .trust me u will regret it …

Stay far far away from this shop people. You will regret it. Read the reviews and save yourself the stress and your money.

Has had my car since 9/20/22 with a 2,000 deposit for a transmission on a 2017 Nissan. Sentra . As of this post I still do not have my money or car .
