I have been a loyal customer for 6 years for a reason. Ut does an amazing job on manicures, I get the hybrid gel and have never had any cracks, breaks or chips and lasts 3+ weeks! I have had services from all the staff there and they all take their job seriously, listen to your concerns and correct anything you want. The salon is very quiet and tranquil, newly renovated as well!! I can’t say enough good things about how well they have always treated me and how accommodating they are but also how much they care and pay attention to their new and returning customers.

I've had my nails done at numerous salons in Sonoma and I always return to Maxwell. They might be a bit more costly but the quality speaks for itself. The owner,UT , hardly ever turns anyone away even at her busiest times. Highly recommend. Great nail designs as well. It's my "go to " spot!

The best! So kind and I have been coming here for years now. They care and make your experience a delight every time. My Halloween nails lasted for four weeks. I bring in Pinterest ideas and then dove over to their artistry. Loved them so much I did something similar for Christmas. Best nail salon in Sonoma. Adore everyone there! Newly renovated with a beautiful eloquent theme, I was relaxed and totally pampered with a pedicure and hybrid manicure. Service was excellent. Staff and owner very qualified and talented. I am feeling very satisfied!

This salon is the absolute best in town! Wish I would have found them sooner. My nail color lasts so long(even 3+ weeks), I never have to get a touch up

Maxwell nails is the best in Sonoma. Great service, fabulous nani’s and pedi’s. I love that they DON’T do acrylics so you’re not breathing those awful fumes! No one else touches my nails!

These ladies are FIRST CLASS! I needed services because of my travel schedule. A lot of places look down on you for that. I booked at another salon, but she did not do dip. Desperate, I called Maxwell in hopes of being squeezed in. Without hesitation, they invited me to come down for an appointment. I was a difficult guest, I can imagine because I needed a cut-down and tips plus dip. I worked with a young lady with lighter hair. She was fast with amazing attention to detail. The other two ladies checked in and made sure she had what she needed and inspected the work. They handled all of their clients with care and concern. These are the most beautiful nails I have had in a very long time. Their shape is consistant and sharp as all get- out. She found the perfect sparkles. She even took the time to care for my cuticles. If I could, I would fly back every three weeks and have my nails done here.

A long time local merchant with friendly service and little wait time. Head and shoulders above the other nail salons in town!

Went in with a small group from work as a treat this week and WOW! The salon is set up perfectly for COVID 19 infection control. Every precaution is being taken with equipment, cleaning and distancing. The pedicure was a long awaited dream come true and we all felt safe and and care for. highly recommend you all go. The salon is always clean and tidy! My mani pedi always comes out great. The owner showed us the cutest hand made valentines she made to hold gift cards! Best place in Sonoma for a walk in or appointment.

Not sure why the bad reviews....this place is great! They always seem to have space if you call ahead and even same day. The technicians are friendly and do a great job. Prices are reasonable. The main owner/manager is so on top of it and super friendly. They even time their foot massages so you always get the same amount of time...

I have been going to Maxwells nail salon for 7 years. The owner, Ut, prides herself and her long term staff on customer service while providing a quality service. The salon is always clean and up to date on safety policies. There is plexiglass seperating each and every customer. Along with hand sanitizer and a thermometer at the front door. And of course, everyone must wear a mask. Now deeply affected by the loss of business due to the pandemic, I hope that this one of a kind small business will be able to stay a float during this difficult time. I was in last Saturday, November 7, 2020, and although very few customers there was still some familiar faces of staff members. Ut has made it a priority to keep her staff on the clock even though there is not a lot of work. I commend her for this. I felt very safe there.
