Best bank hands down. Amazing customer service and I've always been treated well there. Anytime I've had any problems or questions that needed to be addressed, whether in person or over the phone, their representatives/employees have been unbelievably helpful and they are always willing to work with me. I definitely can't say the same about any other banks I've banked with.

I have just had a remarkably good experience applying successfully for a home equity line with RCU. Every interaction with staff was helpful, pleasant and was able to ease me though to a successful conclusion.

As a result, I have changed by bank from West America which has become increasingly "corporate" in it's dealings with me. I had been with Sonoma Bank for years and with the takeover by West America client relations deteriorated.

RCU is a refreshing experience of the past when client relations and satisfaction mattered.

They are great to work with to get a loan. If you have Quicken and use it to download transactions, forget it. I gave them a 5 because they have always been easy to work with though.

Great customer service. Staff is very courteous. The times I have gone in, I usually get help right away or wait a few minutes. They always answer the questions I ask.
