Storage Master Self Storage

I am a return customer as a result of my prior experience. The operators are a husband/wife team and they are professional in appearance, cleanliness and ethics. Prices are competitive. What more could I ask? I will also add that I used to work in a local storage facility, so I know what to look for.

This place is the cleanest by far, the owners are amazing and very friendly. Great communication.

I stored some stuff here while in transition of houses. I felt secure with my belongings here. It’s safe, clean and reasonably priced. Also there’s supportive office people inside the main office and secure gates.

Patty and her husband who run Storage Master Self Storage in Santa Rosa couldn’t be any nicer. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a storage facility as clean as this one. My storage locker was as promised and I’m very happy with the price. The check in process was smooth and simple and access is easy. Codes and alarms make this storage facility super safe!!

Patty and her husband (sorry can’t think of his name right now) were fantastic. They explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. They were so easy to work with and knowledgeable. I had questions related to the size trucks that can get in and out. They made sure to get me a storage that was easily accessible by a large truck and explained how the truck needed to navigate. Great people!

The staff there will take great care of you and your stuff, cannot say enough good things about them. By far the cleanest storage facility I've ever seen, and well maintained. It actually feels secure and you can tell they really pay attention. Location has other services such as private mailboxes and also bonus a public notary

This place is very well run by friendly people. I have been a happy customer since 2011. Go for an annual rate if you can as it's a better value. Rates and rules here are reasonable.

The people at Storage Master are so very helpful and gracious! I am so impressed with the facility, the rates for each size unit, the security of the business itself. I have already recommended it to 2 friends who are very happy with the location and the entire operation. They're the best!

I've had many units over the years and Ted and Patty are always welcoming. It is a clean, secure, weather tight place. Whether I need a 10 x 10 or bigger, the price is fair, building's have easy truck or trailer access.
I always come back here.

AFTER RENTING BRAND X STORAGE UNITS I COULD NOT BELEIVE HOW STORAGE MASTER OPPERATES IT'S UNITS . I WAS GREETED AT THE FRONT DOOR BY PATTY THE MANAGER RIGHT OFF I KNEW THIS WAS THE PLACE. SHE SHOWED THREE UNITS THAT WHERE EXTRA CLEAN AND HAVE INDAVIGAL ALARMS ON THE ROLL UP DOORS . I PICKED ONE AND WENT INTO THE OFFICE DID THE PAPER WORK . SUPER PLACE SUPER PEOPLE AND IT'S HOME OWNED JERRY DAY

The managers are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They have been there almost 20 years and care about the place. No trash on the grounds. I feel safe storing my belongings there as there are cameras and strict gate hours.

Kristen was so helpful she was truly amazing. I was very late to sign up for a new unit and she stayed late and held the unit for me and was incredibly professional through the whole ordeal. I never leave reviews but I think she truly earned this one. Thank you Kristen!

Great rates with a year lease, clean, safe, tons of security. And I recommended this company to a friend, didn't even ask her to mention my name, and I still got a $20 referral check!

Really awesome staff here, I had gone through alot of things which made me vaunrable to my own emotions after finnaly packing my things and moving out of a house which had bed bugs, one of the most horrible experiences ive ever had and when I went through a breakdown there after all this had happened while moving all my stuff back into my storage these people were here to help me through in a way that most would have not is all I can say.
