Very pleased! Nicole is making sure my lost reimbursement check gets to me. It was sent to Safelite. She took action and called Safelite to find out what happened and to let them know an error had been made. She followed up with a phone call to me later to let me know another check is on the way to me this time. Her coworker in the office behind the window helped her do this. They were both very helpful and pleasant. I took them both flowers, because I had such a good feeling about them!

Nicole was a huge help. She explained everything in detail to my sister and helped get her rates reduced. My sisters name is Shannon Timm.

I’ve been with Allstate for 3+ years and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. Itzel is wonderful at explaining all my coverages and explaining what is best for my needs. When ever I have issues I know she will be more than happy to assist me. Not only that but she is bilingual in Spanish.

We've been with Allstate for 14 years now. From time to time I will call other companies for quotes and these Allstate has always had the best coverage and bang for my buck. Big BOUNS, I was pleasantly surprised when my teenage driver was added to our policy and it didn't break the bank. The office gals were very helpful, they guided us through the teen program to get an additional discount. Mandy has always been patient with me and answers all my questions when I call in.

My car was vandalized 😪twice in one week..I was having an issue with safelite (another story)to repair the side passenger windows..got the run around for 2wks. Called today fortunately Igot Charles my "angel agent" 🥰..what an awesome agent!..we were on the phone over 1-2hr being placed on hold multiple times!..but charles was in charge!🤗he stayed with me until the situation was handled ..and made sure I was satisfied and happy with the outcome 💕he was patient and informative..He's AWESOME!..

Overall Great Agency! Very professional, they offer rideshare rider coverage for Uber & Lyft drivers, renters coverage, very responsive, and affordable, and the only agency that gave me the most delicious pie I've ever had during the holiday season, and I ordinarily don't like pie! lol
