Redwood Self Storage is hands down the most convenient storage facility in Sonoma County. After exploring several options, we were thrilled to find this gem. With all units situated at ground level and the property meticulously maintained, it's a standout choice. Plus, Mike, the property manager, made the entire process a breeze with his exceptional service and professionalism.

I cannot say enough about Redwood Storage. I had to find storage quickly as I was moving my daughter home from college for the summer. The service was so great. They responded right away, and I was able to book in minutes for a great price. The staff onsite was terrific and extremely helpful as we moved in and again as we moved out. I would highly recommend Redwood Storage if you were in need of a secure place to store your belongings.

The manager and the assistant managers are all so very helpful and professional. The units are very clean and they are very attentive to my needs whenever I ask for help. Or actually had to work out building situations they are right on top of everything.

Mike, our customer service person went out of his way to make my experience a pleasurable one! His kindness really helped me during a difficult time. He is a valuable person to have as part of your team.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. Rainy and Jennifer were always very attentive and aimed to please. I would definitely use them again. The rates are very competitive and actually on the lower side.

Lisa the previous storage manager was wonderful always very understanding and helpful regarding storage issues. Jessy / maintenance never failed to acknowledge me and stop to exchange some stories. Good person and my dog and I will miss him.

The owner a great down to earth man who was very easy to talk to....and my dog Nina and I will miss his visits with " Ms.Lucie" whom we played ball with each time. Thank you

Best storage facility in the country. The most helpful, intelligent, hardworking management team in these times!!! Jennifer and Lisa are incredible... I've been there 10+ years and they really know their business. Can ALWAYS count on them for anything...

This is by far the best place to rent a storage unit!!! It has the best hours available from open to close with the gate accessible @7:30 am…. Staff is great and patrol the property and are watching over the CC cameras, they also aren’t all up in your business. Now if ya don’t do your code , run cuz they’ll make sure you don’t do it again. Lol. And they provide insurance for your items as well, just be sure to read through their coverage.

I just got out of a HORRIBLE storage relationship, a literal nightmare, and this place was so kind, and helpful. My PREVIOUS place has been broken into numerous times, I was not notified, and then they also failed to lock the broken in units up. When I finally found out my unit was broken into, months after the actual break in, I went in to find my storage locker, swinging wide-open, and all of my things that weren’t stolen, ruined by rain. ITS A MESS. Needless to say, I was on the hunt for a new place, and I definitely found it. We showed up five minutes before closing, with our car PACKED and were still helped, kindly, and compassionately. They assured me they had round the clock cameras, and gave me a storage locker right up front by the office, for comfort.

Redwood Self Storage was recommended to me by my sister. It is within 10 minutes from where I live. I picked this storage company because my questions were answered in my first phone call and they had the storage unit in the size I needed. Lisa, the owner/manager was amazing first in the tour she gave me and second in the rental process. Everything went smoothly and I have a great unit. I am confident that my belongings will be safe and secure!

Lisa is a total asset to your corporation. Been there since 2017. She has always helped and always caring for all customer the property is super clean. Lisa was training a new girl very helpful to her. She is asset.

I was very happy with my moving experience when it came to getting a storage unit. The people at Redwood Self Storage, were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me figure out a good size unit for the amount of stuff I had. They also supplied me with a lock and boxes so that I didn't have to go to the store and purchase them there. And the best part of it all was the price. Compared to other places I had checked out this was by far the most affordable. I would definitely recommend going there if you need to store your stuff.

I rented a 10x10 unit for 7 months while we sold our house and relocated out of the area. The unit was clean and easily accessible - I made sure to choose a drive up unit. The grounds felt safe and secure. Management was pleasant and helpful.
