Petaluma Health Center

My experience here at PHC has been top notch. Two providers in 6 years that I have been a patient there. Both providers were consistent, professional and attentive to my concerns and medical needs.
The convenience of having a pharmacy, lab, dental clinic, social services and vision all in one place make for a thumbs up experience.
The administrative and front end employees make the experience routine and seamless. With a few exceptions.
Like any experience with an institutional service like this one. You may encounter an occasional glitch or an extra visit. Most recently the conversion of the portal has left some of my information and records incomplete and slow to post.

But overall I think they do an outstanding job!

Dr. Garcia is the best doctor I’ve honestly had in my whole life. With his help I was able to loose almost 90 pounds in a year. Thank you doctor.

Dr Amirita Sandhu and her staff are fantastic. It was my first visit and they made me feel like I have been a patient of their's for years.

Easy to make first appointment, easy to park at office. Every person I dealt with, from front desk to doctor, was professional and attentive. They listened, heard my concerns, and helped me decide on what and how to address them. Everything from lab to pharmacy on site. Happy to have found this medical office.

This was the most caring and safe place I've been for medical care. Anne Sebastian (Brotherton at the time in 2014) was so proactive towards my care. She immediatly addressed my issues like a doctor and made sure I received the care I needed in a timely manner. I know this is years later, but Ive always remembered her diligence and concise approach. Thank you Annie!

It’s state health care. YES sometimes you have to be put on hold. YES you have to wait for the line in the pharmacy. And YES sometimes they don’t have your prescription ready that day and ask you to come back the next day. But this is a great clean facility. All the way from the security guards, to the Heath center phone operators to the doctors have always done their best and gave me exceptional care. GRATEFUL FOR PHC they are a pillar for community health. 5 stars for the hardwork they do day in day out.

Came in new from another state and Was treated with kindness and respect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though I sort medical assistants on a sliding scale I was treated with kindness and understanding just as if I were in a private setting. Great staff, super great nurse and a nurse practitioner that treated me with dignity respect. How lucky I am to have found such a wonderful place!

I've been seeing doctors and using their pharmacy for 6 years, and at the risk of sounding too effusive in my praise: I LOVE this place. Thank god (and goddess) for this community resource. If I could complain about one thing and give 4 stars instead of 5, I would. But I have zero complaints. I've gotta wonder about the folks who gave PHC 1 star.
The pharmacy staff is particularly good.
It's places like this that make me proud to be a Californian.

I have been going to their beautifully designed facility for 7 years, and have worked with so many professional, while at the same time warm-hearted, people. It's a wonderful "village" atmosphere that the many bilingual employees add to immensely. Thank you, Petaluma Health Center, for seeing me through all life's ups and downs!

first rate care, prompt, kind, yet thorough. everyone working there has a smile on their face. i love this center, also first rate service in the pharmacy! located in the same building, very convenient. the pharmacist and employees are always quick, getting me in and out in a jiffy! best pharmacy around no lies. Not only that but the staff is super friendly too, what more could you ask for? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK , & THX.

Best medical care I've received anywhere. Everyone I've dealt with from reception, to billing, to my Doctor Carlin Chi, have been outstanding.
