three dog yoga

I've gone go a few different yoga studios and this is the first one where I feel completely comfortable and really get to enjoy class. I've experienced classes with a few of the instructors and they've all been amazing. This is my go-to place! I've found my yoga home. Recommend for any body, any size, any experience.

I’m very new to yoga and SO thankful that a friend suggested I check out the Zoom online classes at three dog yoga when the shut downs started. Even though we practice in our own space, there is an awesome feel of community! (we can see and speak to everyone else, their kids and pets, etc.)There are so many options every day and I love the teachers. The JAM classes are my favorite! Such great music and workouts, I’m never ready for the class to end. And if you can’t make it to a class, the podcasts are wonderful and new ones are added every week! Online workshops are offered for things like modifications for those of us with knee and low back issues and how to get more from your practice. Definitely check out three dog’s online offerings for some great motivation, instruction and FUN!

As a beginner to yoga, I was intimidated about trying yoga in a group setting. The teachers at three dog, and in fact all the patrons as well, made me feel welcome and comfortable. I am able to go at my own speed and rate of flexibility ☺ and the teachers are excellent. Love this place!

I casually enjoyed yoga a few years ago in Florida. I moved and couldn't find a yoga studio I really liked. I'm in Santa Rosa for work for 6 months so I figured I'd give yoga a try again. I'm SO pleased I tried Three Dog! It's amazing and now I remember how much I truly enjoyed this! Can't wait to go back!

I started doing yoga here 5+ years ago. I love the variety of classes, quality of the teachers, and overall welcoming vibe of the studio. Even after just one class, you really feel part of the 3 Dog community.

This place changed my life. Literally. I fell in love with this practice, the instructors, the space and the community. I moved 3000 miles away and still miss three dog every day. Do yourself a favor...check it out, stick with it and you will fall in love.

I've only been once but will continue to go often! It's a really welcoming environment and the space and instructors are great!!

Excellent teachers, place, community and... yoga!

I really wanted to like this yoga studio. Before the pandemic, I prepaid for a pack of classes. I patiently awaited their reopening but since they reopened, I have not been able to attend any classes as they only allow a very small number of people in each class—fair. However, I have contacted the studio multiple times asking for some sort of refund or at least to be able to attend some classes with no response. I am disappointed in the communication with this studio and feel as if they are avoiding my emails and calls to avoid refunding me.
