Los Molcajetes Bar & Grill

Went to celebrate a special occasion on a Saturday night and only had to wait 10 short minutes! Our server, Javier (I think was his name, thank you!) was very friendly and quick to attend us. Our drinks came out in a timely manner and there was no extra wait for our food! We ordered the meat and seafood family platter, as well as some sides and cocktails, which were beautifully presented. Always a fun and memorable experience here.

Great ambiance, kind (and usually FAST) service, very yummy food (try the molcajete mix..... sooooo flavorful and enough for 3 meals), and wonderful cocktails (the margarita flight is a favorite but the Paloma is a close second).

Nice local place. Great food and a good value. Quite a bit of outdoor seating, but it's quite noisy. 3 generous portions of salsa and chips come with each meal. The tortilla soup and vegetarian tostada were great. I will be back. There is a parking lot in back.

Everything we ordered was so delicious, our waiter was super kind and the margarita flavors are perfect. The food and drinks are kind of pricey but for good quality I don’t mind spending a little extra. ✨

Highly recommend! The service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere laid back and relaxing, the food exquisite and plentiful, the cocktails they have a great mixologist° Go and enjoy!

Came here because it was recommended by a friend local to Santa Rosa. Portions were huge, we definitely had leftovers! We ordered the Chile rellano burrito, torta, carnitas el jefe burrito and tamarindos. Wait staff was great!

Food is always outstanding here. This is my favorite of the three Molcajetes in Santa Rosa, although the one on Piner is catching up. It was a perfect day for tortilla soup and it didn't disappoint. Taco's weren't skimped on either. I've had more expensive taco's w/ less filling.

Literally the best margaritas I’ve ever had, made from scratch! 😋 This is the best quality Mexican food in town. Their salsas are amazing and dangerously addicting. It’s my first time here and I’m so glad I came and discovered what is truly a gem. I ordered the tortilla soup and it’s just the best I’ve ever had - so fresh and tasty. They even have mimosas and the tortillas are melt in your mouth so freaking good. Loves the mango margarita the most. The bartender was new but flawless!

Great place with delicious food! Wonderful service! Had the flautas plate and it came with a yummy sweet jalapeño sauce. A lot of people around me were eating the Molcajetes plate. Looked amazing! Highly recommend this restaurant!

This was a great find. Food was hot, service great and the flavors were the best I've had in a long time.

Can easily share a dish with 2 or perhaps 3 people.

Due to the busy road, the patio was a bit loud but this is out of the restaurant's control. Would recommend if you sit on the patio you sit on the side facing the less traveled road.

Will come back and definitely recommend to friends.

This place is soooo good. Not only was the food (chimichanga and enchiladas) super good, but our server was super nice, attentive, and quick! We also loved the open kitchen concept.

Amazing food and manager service. Had to customize my vegetarian taco because they make the unlawful act of putting broccoli cauliflower and carrot in their veggie tacos. Just because I don’t want meat does not mean I want literal carrot. Make your veggie tacos with Mexicans ingredients beside the meat

Wow! Talk about great Mexican food. This place is clean, organized and serve amazing food. Highly recommend their mix molcajete and crab enchiladas. Shrimp salad was ok.

This place has one of the best Mexican food I've ever had. The mix meat of molcajete with the fresh hand made tortillas are a dream! Absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back.

Atmosphere is fantastic. I ordered the Molcajete De Marisco and a mango michelada! Delicious! The Molcajete goes out like fajitas, sizzling and popping, everyones look like "ooo whats that?". Get that if you love sea food.

This place definitely worth the time and money spent. The hospitality is always great each time I've gone and the molcajetes are a must have at this place. My family and I ordered the Parillada Mix which is a BIG plate mix of Mexican style garlic shrimp, deep fried breaded shrimp,ranch fajitas, and grilled chicken fajitas. It doesn't come with rice and beans just in case you were wondering but you can order those two as side dishes for your meal like we did. So much food and so much leftover! And that's even when we were a party of 6 people. You will not be disappointed each time you come here and make sure to bring empty bellys when you do.
