Courtyard by Marriott Vallejo Napa Valley

What a beautiful stay! The king bed and guest sofa room was magnificent. The bed sheets, the couch, the shower, the towels and most importantly the service! Front desk concierge, house keeping and management exhibited excellent world class customer service. The manager of the time, Ty (sorry if I misspelled your name) was absolutely wonderful and helped us with a small detail of our room. She we so cool and helped us make our stay more comfortable. If nothing else, the service was amazing! We felt welcomed and taken care of.

I was concerned about the negative reviews of this place but it worked out well for our family this weekend. Customer service was fantastic!! We stayed in a room on the remodeled side of the building. The room was sparse (no decorations and overheard lighting) but they're still in the middle of remodeling. The mattresses are brand new (the hideaway bed still had the plastic wrap on it). There are now more USB charge ports than you'll ever need. They have enough amenities for your basic needs. We really needed a place to stay after a long day at Six Flags and this was perfect!

We didn't leave anything valuable in our car, and thankfully was fine in the morning. None of the cars around the parking lot had been broken into. I think using common sense and not entice thieves, as you would in any place, is key.

Breakfast pastries and coffee/tea was offered in the morning.

Currently being renovated but very nice renovation being done. Very clean. Pool closed, outdoor, and not heated, no hot tub either. Staff was very friendly!

Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Location great for Six Flags, not too many food options so order in. Buffet breakfast exceeded expectations both in quantity and selections. Courtesy kit provided when requested, overall a brief but worthy experience! Let’s go back and have fun across the street👍🏽

Great stay. I was initially apprehensive as the exterior of the building needs a refresh, but that went away as soon as we entered the updated lobby. Blown away by the great customer service provided by every single person we interacted with. Management has created an amazing culture of the customer comes first mentality. Thank you to Edwina for great restaurant recommendations as well! Overall, very happy and will be back.

We just needed a crash pad for an overnight trip to the Bay Area. This Courtyard fit the bill perfectly, but it was the staff that put the experience over the top. Tiffany, at the front desk, was spectacular and took exceptional care of us!

One of the better establishments in all of Vallejo. The staff are very friendly, and the public areas are very clean. The rooms are very basic. Just be careful with parking in the parking lot because there are a lot of car break ins in the area.

Erik Sejmore is very helpful and a pleasure. Amica was extremely helpful and was able to get a second room with no problem.

What a lovely stay we had this weekend while having our son and his beautiful fiances, wedding. The hotel is in the process of remodeling their rooms, but the room we were in was great and it hadn't been remodeled, as of yet. We will love to have the opportunity to come back and stay here, again. We might not even wait for an opportunity! Where do we even begin thank all the incredible staff? We don't have names for everyone but to name a few who truly made our stay, one of the loveliest we've had, are: Ruby, Eduvina, Adrianna and Elle. They couldnt have been nicer, truely. They not only made us feel welcomed, but we saw how they treated everyone ! They also have lots of amenities: 6-Flags is right across the street, pool, exercise room, bar, food, incredible lounge area. Thank you all. John & Susan

Eduvina is the most pleasant employee I have ever come across, especially at the this establishment. She has a energy/aura that is guaranteed to brighten your day and has been of extreme help to me. If you come across her while you’re enduring stay at the Marriott I guarantee you’ll have a one of a kind stay and a extremely joyous experience!!!!

My family and I have have been coming here since 2021 & we enjoy our stay every visit. The daytime staff are always welcoming & hospitable. Rooms are nice & we love that pretty much every time we come to stay we get the view we request of Discovery Kingdom. Also, with the cost of prices pretty much everywhere going up, we love that we can just walk to the park & enjoy. Our kiddos also enjoyed the pool this time & loved how comfortable the water temperature was. We love coming here. On a small little note the night staff (weekdays) may want to work on their hospitality. We will be back again & soon. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott in Vallejo. Oh and finally, the hotel manager (Kaitlin) is really nice, hospitality, & cares about the hotels guests. Thank you Kaitlin & your wonderful staff.

Our stay was June 18 2021. The front desk person was awesome! She reserved our room over the phone..it took less than 10 min check in..ordered food by the pool, gentleman brought it out to us & made sure we had drinking water. Room was clean, linen was clean, bathroom was clean, the room smelled fresh. Good experience. Please forgive me forgetting the many names of the wonderful staff that took care of us. You know who you are!! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

This was a pretty nice property. When I arrived, a new employee was being trained at the front desk. They were very welcoming and kind.
I stayed in a double queen room on the 5th floor. It was rather small and cramped.
I had a breakfast sandwich from the Bistro in the lobby. It was very fresh and actually one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had.
There were quite a few people with dogs. In the lobby, halls and elevator. This property may advertise they are dog friendly, I really don't know. There was no problem from my perspective, but if someone has allergies, it would be good to know.
This location is also close to the freeway and across the street from a Six Flags amusement park.

As always great rooms, clean and comfortable. The most notable part of my current stay was the excellent staff. I booked this room through third-party website. When I arrive to check in the hotel had no record of my stay. Not the hotel's fault. Third-party site forgot and never sent my formation. Because the hotel was basically full on arrival I had to change rooms once during my stay. The hotel staff move my stuff for me and it was very seamless. Management even gave me a discount on one of my nights and offered me a couple of free drink coupons. Wow! Not even their problem but go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

Beginning in August we have stayed Thursday night each week at the Courtyard Marriott in Vallejo. During our initial contact with Alyssa, the Front Desk Manager, and the Operations Manager, Kaitlyn, we immediately realized we were in excellent hands and were well taken care of...the wonderful service provided by Kaitlyn and Alyssa has been consistent from week to week. The front desk staff is professional, attentive, and pleasantly greets us by name. The Bistro menu is good, and we have been very pleased with every order. The morning staff at the coffee counter is spot on and efficiently keeps the orders moving at a decent pace. We look forward to our Thursday night stays every week.

Lovely stay! The lobby restroom are well kept and the lobby itself is so clean and spacious. I was able to check in early thank you all for that. Parking is free as well. The room was so quiet and neat. Everything was perfect I would definitely come back. Thank you Marriott staff. And last but not least the restroom was phenomenal with the light and mirror.

The hotel is nice and so is the service and staff. This was a louder hotel as this is right across from Six Flags so there are family’s with kiddos. If you are here for Six Flags, this is a 5 star. If you are here for relaxation, I would say 4 star.

Had to stay here for a week after being evacuated due to large wildfires. The room was clean and looked to be remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially the night guy named Nick who helped me find my lost wallet. I would definitely stay here again.
