Warming Trends is top notch! I was referred by a friend and could not have been more impressed. My initial experience with Cliff in the showroom was awesome. He listened to my unique off grid specifications and found me the best product within my price range for my situation. The install was seamless and the communication throughout the process was fantastic. I love my stove and am grateful every time I flip that switch! My cat loves it too!

For me, the mark of a great business is their follow up if a problem does occur. We recently bought a Vermont Castings wood stove. Due to an error by the manufacturer the installation required a return visit. Warming Trends immediately scheduled the re-visit, came up with a satisfactory solution and followed up the next day to make sure everything was OK.

Warming Trends installed a new Vermont Castings free standing fireplace heater in our cabin in Guerneville, CA. I didn't know what to expect and to be honest, the work of most installers doesn't meet my high standards of quality and I end up redoing their work after they leave. As a result, I usually do my own installations. I happy to report that the two installers with Warming Trends met my standards and were great to work with.

Both gentlemen were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The showed up on time and went right to work. The placed drop cloths on the carpet and were very clean. When they left, you would never have known they just installed the unit. The cabin was clean and the heater really looked like it belonged there. The chimney work looks great.

The Vermont Castings heater I purchased looks nice and works well. The service provided by Warming Trends was great and we recommend them to others for sure.

Ronn helped us immediately upon arrival, which was only minutes before closing time, Ronn was able to run through our various options based on our situation. I will say, I came in with measurements and pictures to make things easier. With so little pressure, we were able to go home and custom design what we wanted based off of functionality and aesthetics that Ronn informed us about. After renovating an entire house with everything going wrong, this was the only thing that did not have an issue come up.

He and the team ordered my custom fireplace and fully installed the fireplace with such professionalism and grace. I will say that even with my error of not getting an outlet installed inside the fireplace (please remember that, there needs to be electricity inside the fireplace in order for the starter and fan to work), the team took that in stride and did what they could to get the installation as far as possible, and then they came back out to finish once the outlet was installed.

I waited 4 months to be able to provide a thorough review, and I have to say, this is my favorite place to be - in front of the fire. My daughter starts up the fireplace in the morning while we wait for the house to warm up.

I cannot begin to tell you just how amazing this team is. Do yourself a favor, stop looking at other companies, do not try to do this yourself...they are the professionals that changed everything for us. Thank you so much, Ronn and team!

I called today and talked to Cliff because I’ve been getting the runaround with a difficult stove situation for about two months. Cliff took the time to listen to me and hear me out about my problem and even allowed me to send pictures so he could have the tools to properly assess the situation and then proceeded to tell me exactly what I need and that it can be done and how to do it and that he had the parts in stock for me. He went above and beyond and showed so much kindness and knowledge. When I was feeling rather hopeless about ever getting this stove hooked up he made me see the light at the end of the tunnel and I’m truly grateful. I will forever use and recommend Warming Trends for any fireplace or stove installations because of my experience today! We need more humans like Cliff!

We had our new wood burning stove installed yesterday. It is so beautiful. I was looking for a contemporary style stove to match our newly remodeled home. Warming Trends has a great selection of many brands. Ronn has been a huge help. He is very responsive to my many questions via many emails. I went with a Morso and couldn't be happier. We have small home, and this style can have a very close clearance to the wall. The two men that installed the stove yesterday were very professional. I could tell they took care in their work, placing everything just perfectly to what I wanted. And most importantly, they cleaned up after they were done. Thank you Warming Trends for my new stove!

This comment has to do only with customer service, as I have not yet ordered any product. Had to say, though, when I do order it will be from Warming Trends. The second I walked in the door, Kyle greeted me warmly and totally authentically. He showed my various options, was as informative about lower cost products as about the high end, and in every way made me feel confident that I would be properly taken care of.

I did stop at another fireplace store not far away, in the interest of due diligence. There, a guy left me waiting, telling stories and complaining about current building codes to another customer, though he clearly saw I needed assistance. Evaded my direct questions and never did seem to take much interest in my unique situation.

I called Warming Trends after a referral from our chimney sweep who recommended we replace our very inefficient Malm stove. I spoke to Ronn who helped me choose a modern wood stove (the Rais Q-Tee II). Our installers drove 2.5 hours to our home and arrived well ahead of the scheduled time. We wanted to keep our old Malm fireplace and they cleaned it out and relocated it to our backyard where we’ll be using it. They also installed the new stove quickly and gave a quick overview on what to expect. They had to remove our dog gate to bring the stove in and took extra care to reinstall it before leaving. Excellent service and support from Warming Trends!

I just had a fireplace insert installed in an arched, brick 1950 fireplace. Warming Trends did a fabulous job of putting it in behind the arch, it looks so authentic and right. The owner came as soon as I called to take a look to give me a quote, I visited the store to make the choices of model, back, bricks and logs. Both were incredibly helpful and understanding of all my questions. Years ago I had purchased a Vermont Castings wood stove from Warming Trends for a home over an hour away from the shop. They were great then and they are great now!

We had an excellent experience with Ronn at Warming Trends. He was quick to provide a quote and options for stoves. I was happy with the selection quality of the stove we purchased. Scheduling was easy and his crew showed up on time. We would certainly recommend working with Warming Trends again.

My parents and brother and sister-in-law have gas fireplace inserts and stoves from Warming Trends and love them, so when I wanted to upgrade my wood-burning fireplace, I knew where to go- and I am not disappointed :) Ronn and crew helped me select the perfect fireplace and kindly made adjustments after the first install wasn't exactly what I wanted. (I prefer the centered framing with the fireplace insert in the center of the black frame. Pro-tip: check out both photos and pick out the style you like before the install ;) They quickly made the change and I love it now :) It's dreamy to turn the fireplace on with the click of a button or even program the thermostat. I love that I can stay cozy warm even on no-burn days and the safety of the gas fireplace insert gives me peace of mind (wildfire survivor, anyone?) If you want to experience fire in a safe, lovely way, this is where to go. :)

Everyone at warming treads made this entire project an excellent experience. The staff and crew were extremely professional and experts at their craft. On the day of installation the crew was awesome they answered any questions I had and the project turned out even better than we expected.

We'd been talking about replacing our inefficient wood burning fireplace with a gas insert. My only complaint is that we waiting so long! Warming Trends offered a fine selection and I was able to order quickly and easily. Produces great warmth and lovely ambience. We could not be happier!

My only regret is that I don't have another fireplace in my house.

We have a curved front hearth and everyone said we had to have a tacky looking surround to get one installed, so I stuck to my guns and said i wasn't going to have it look like an after-market install. I waited 13 years to get what I wanted, as no one else said it could be done.

I arrived at warming trends and spoke with Greg in sales and the first words out of his mouth were, "you're gonna need an inside mount or it will look terrible". I knew I was at the right place.

Eric was great via email taking my measurements and recommending an electrician to install an electrical source for the built in fan (Spyrka Electric: top notch!). Ronn in the office was quick to help as well when I had an inquiry. Install was quick and efficient and left not a scrap of dust behind.

The whole process was seamless and the result is EXACTLY what I hoped for. I just wish I had gone to warming trends long ago!

We got the Mendota fullview insert and it is amazing in terms of heat output, and looks like the fireplace was designed around it. Our furnace/HVAC system is now obsolete! Our dogs love it too!

Dave was super helpful picking out the right fireplace inserts for my house. He came out to my house to measure and provide a recommendation. He recommended an electrician who was extremely professional and efficient to prep the fireplace. Dave was also very patient (took me a while to make a decision). When I was ready to purchase it didn’t take too long to get on the schedule for installation. The team installing both fireplaces were professional and did a wonderful job. They look great and work perfectly.

We replaced our woodstove with a gas fireplace insert. We went to three local providers and ended up buying from Warming Trends. They had what we wanted at the best price, they don't outsource the installation and they weren't going to charge us to haul away the woodstove, which we ended up selling. Cliff answered our many questions making sure we had the information we needed to be comfortable with our choice. The installer did a great job!

When I needed a replacement gas fireplace I shopped around locally and on line. I found Warming Trends to have the right mix of knowledgeable sales personnel, quality products and large selection. The item I chose was the perfect size for my needs, and happily, on sale.
Given the supply line shortages, I was lucky to find it in stock. Our salesman, David, reviewed our set up and configured the proper pipes and accessories for us.

A real plus was in-house an installation team. The downside was demand was high a we got on a two month waiting list. Much to our surprise, a cancelation moved our appointment up to a few weeks. The installation team was on time, fully prepared and neat and efficient. They were in and out in less than 2 hours.
It was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend you give Warming Trends a visit wood and gas stoves. They also have nice outdoor BBQs

We highly recommend Warming Trends! We have a gas fireplace that had recurring problems after it was installed by another contractor, and thanks to Warming Trends it has been working the past few months! The staff there have consistently been very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. And the charges for their services were certainly reasonable. We are very grateful to them for their help!
