The UPS store has a wide variety of services to fit my needs. I've used many of their convenient services. I appreciate the location and services.

Ay least in the UPS from 19201 Sonoma Hwy is always so peaceful and nice to come, the vibe is so warm and stuff very friendly. I want to make sure they know how we customers feel when we come to them.

Michelle & Sam- they are absolute rockstars! They helped me with a large holiday shipping order and they worked super hard to get it done before the shop closed. They were cheerful and kind the entire time- even thought it was busy and they were under stress.

THIS UPS STORE IS UNDER NEW OWNERS AND THE DIFFERENCE IS INCREDIBLE. While the previous owner and employees were certainly efficient, the new owner and staff are friendly, cheerful, articulate, informed, and super-efficient. They even commiserated with me over the cost of shipping three enormous and weird-sized packages--AND helped me get them out of the car into the store. While I was there, I witnessed all employees multi-task beautifully, handling a number of atypical requests and questions.

The difference in the atmosphere of the store is stunning.

I have needed to use this UPS STORE many times going through the purchase of a home(ours burned to the ground in the October wildfires-we are still in our RV due to dogs) without many of the amenities we took for granted in our home making the application process JUST horrible! BUT "LILY" at this Sonoma UPS STORE & everyone else too have gone over & above.. I am disabled & they DO everything to accommodate me!!!!! So thanks a billion Lily & ALL your CO-workers for making a horrible job so much easier! Yippee!!!😌

The staff at the Sonoma UPS Store have always been friendly and very efficient. I have been a customer there for years. I have had help with many items over the years and, for especially large and heavy items, Kim is the expert and gets the job done!

Michelle was super helpful. I shipped a large printer all the way from Sonoma to Michigan, and it arrived quickly and undamaged.

Great for Amazon Prime returns! Clean location with amiable clerks working well given the pandemic restrictions.

Unlike fedex, UPS actually has physical presence in Sonoma which is nice! Always dropping off packages there.

Clearly, Don J. Has a problem with "middle age" vs "young" women, but
the reality is that this store is incredibly busy, so if you're looking for a friend, go elsewhere, but if you want efficient, bright, helpful service, this is the place!

I use the UPS location frequently. Staff has never been unprofessional or rude. Set your expectations appropriate to what the staff can service and control.

I was told, Dec 2023 this UPS store will no longer accept any USPS items. Was greatly needed on a Saturday. Seems that if USPS stops by & grabs the items that not only provide service & make $ but no true labor involved. I even have preprinted ebay labels or Amazon ones: why no more?

Do not make copies at this store! They charge $2 to open an email and print. Go down the street to Staples, it's cheaper and faster
