True REST Float Spa

These people are amazing here. It's a very relaxing environment and very inclusive. Even reducing the price for your first time to make sure you like it. And the actual service is very nice. First time I did it, I didn't know how to feel. But I tried again and it's so nice to get an hour to myself just to let go of the outside world. Highly recommend to anyone who is constantly stressed who can take the time and the money to do it.

I've experienced floating twice now and if it were closer I'd surely get a monthly subscription and use my float time for listening to my favorite dramatized Bible audio, because I can hyper focus without all the distractions of the world. It's also a great space for prayer. Peace and quiet, unless you float in the capsule next to the gym, that can interfere as it did with my wife.

Always having that slight feeling on anxiety and stress maybe depression. Looking to just feel good in your body and mind again…. I have been floating with True Rest Float Spa for 18months and I feel amazing. Mentally and physically. After floating I definitely feel rested and reset. The spa is so peaceful and Zen the staff is amazing and best of all it’s all reasonably priced you have nothing to lose and everything to gain

The worker was very sweet, everything was nice and clean, really nice set up as well. Will be returning because the float helped my body aches more than a massage did and the price is beyond reasonable!

It was an amazing experience, right from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Tonya. A well designed, calm and soothing atmosphere. Buoyancy is the best! I will certainly be back.

My sweet wonderful Sissy scheduled us appointments to float this morning as a treat since we have both been going through it. Unfortunately, due to a medical condition, I wasn't able to float last minute. When I called to cancel my appointment and explain the situation they were very accommodating and sweet and extended me the kindness of coming in for the appointment time and sitting in their little Zen space enjoying the oxygen bar and the most wonderful cup of tea! I actually had to get a picture of it because I think I might need this tea in my life regularly now. And since I learned I will probably not be a floater ever, it was nice to know that I can come in just for the oxygen bar portion and some little Zen time, just for me, as a healthy inexpensive little me time treat!

So relaxing! This is my new favorite way to unwind and release stress. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. If you go, take the extra time at the end to enjoy the lounge I love drinking tea, while experiencing their oxygen bar.

It has been a true blessing that I discovered True Rest Float Spa. My job requires me to be on my feet walking 40hrs a week which has caused muscle pain, stress, hard to sleep… I work a graveyard shift, my sleep has improved tremendously and muscle pain has diminished.The staff and facilities are amazing providing a relaxing environment , great conversations and wonderful extra goodies besides floating! I have been a member for a few months and look forward to my 4x a week visit. There’s no rush during the time you spend there. Just an amazing experience for yourself, a fantastic getaway 💯

I really enjoyed the float, first time is weird sensation but deffinetly must try, i get energized afterwards, would deffinetly do it once a week the oxígeno bar wasn't working it's a shame the one in Folsom closed due covid. The staff is friendly and the lounge area it's beautiful and very relaxing.

Very enjoyable and I have been wanting to go back since my first visit last month. The oxygen bar is awesome and I swear my vision and mental clarity improved for about two weeks after.

I had the best experience here! It was my first time and was treated with so much care and patience. Adrianna, the manager provided an exceptional service, was very detail-oriented, organized and enthusiastic throughout the experience. I felt that she was very attentive and polite. Their services overall was well worth and price and I will surely be returning. From the consultation, and the float to the room filled with different ways to unwind. You can tell that the owner really cares about the customers and overall their experience.

TrueRest provides a relaxing, hospitable setting to unwind. It’s wonderful to decompress and the experience is wonderful. Deanna does an amazing job, she is always warm and inviting. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I want to say Thank You for making it a wonderful place!
