I ALWAYS have an excellent experience. My Dr., and her assistants always make me feel so comfortable and do their very best to accommodate me in or outside of the clinic no matter the circumstances. I would never trade in my Dr and her assistants for any other provider and hopefully won't have to for a long while to come.

My health issues have been much more stressful than the previous years and they have made things run so much more smoothly during this time. A Huge "Thank You" to them all!

I’ve been going to Dutton Medical for more than a few years. when I first went I had a different doctor. I didn’t like her and she often gave me a hard time about things when I would talk about something that bothered me. I have a mental health condition and it’s not easy for people to deal with me all the time. I signed up for an extra service and when I went to that appointment the doctor that was doing it noticed that I also was not feeling very well. She immediately asked me who my doctor was, looked at my Files and signed me on as her patient. I’ve been seeing her for about two years maybe a little more. I’ve lost almost 100 pounds, I have my asthma under control and the machine for when it’s not that I didn’t used to have and I feel really comfortable talking with her about any of my conditions that she keeps a good eye on. it has helped me to manage well. I’ve also taken a lot of their educational classes, and exercise classes too. Through them I’ve also seen a podiatrist and a chiropractor. But best of all I like the OMT that my Dr. does to help me manage chronic pain. My health has improved so much with her help. I would recommend Dutton Medical to anybody who needs medical help in the greater Santa Rosa area I also like that they see children and mothers and pregnant ladies. Thank you Dutton Medical.

I came in for my appt, wich was @3:45, got checked in and they call me right away. I only waited in the exam room for just a couple of mins, when the doctors assistant came in and check blood pressure. Staff really nice attitude, i can highly recommend the clinic. Mt doctor Julie kiser has been my doctor for over 5 yrs. She is amazing!!!!

The team here is great! Especially Lupita and the girls at the front counter & the dental side of the place. But we can’t thank enough to Dra. Patricia she is so thoughtful and understands every life moment & has so much patience!

Over the years, SRCH have been constantly efficient, caring, and helpful. We used the Vista Clinic till the fire.In spite of all the numerous major changes in logistics, none of our primary care was negatively impacted (changes in service locations, new staff, trauma, etc) and the continuity of services astounding.
The only thing better than the amazingly modern and patient friendly facility, is the professional and individualized care we receive. The staff go to great lengths to provide practical advice, any needed ancillary care, good referrals, and sincere compassion.

Currently our care providers are at the Dutton Campus (Dr Ellen Green MD, Rose RN, and others at reception and in the pharmacy) and the new Vista Campus with Christopher Sethness, PsyD). We are so thankful for the professional and individualized care we receive.

My questions and treated me with respect, and I really appreciate that, Thank you. The only bad thing I can said is that to get the next appointment is more far of was I expected, but with all this Covid still on, probably is not easy for them as well

Review is for dental: While it is not possible right now to get routine care due to COVID-19, they will immediately attend to any emergency needs. Courteous & understanding of anxiety. I don't know what the difference is, but they seem to do a real good job with minimizing the trauma of extraction: When I get extractions here, I don't have any real post-operative pain & I don't even need over-the-counter painkillers. I can't say that about other dental clinics/private practices that I've been to for an extraction.

Best people, genuinely caring, professional, and committed to our heath for over ten years. Even the Dutton Pharmacy staff are outstanding in every area.

This is the most efficient facility I have been to. Sybil is the most wonderful provider. I live her so much. She goes above and beyond for my care.

Since the changes and the new Dutton facility opened I've had nothing but good experiences here the docs I had today were all amazing and helped me threw some anxiety I was feeling and explained everything to me in a way I really understood I appreciated that alot they were super patient with me and let me have my emotions without trying to rush me threw just to get to the next person I've been rushed there alot of things before so this was a nice change of pace thank you to my team today you all rock

Dutton Medical offers great medical care for folks with disabilities. They understand the unique issues these folks face. I am so appreciative of their care!

Went there to the Dentist and the workers there made me feel comfortable compared to other places I've gone. Also both of the receptionist were very helpful and nice.

Going to a clinic/hospital for the 1st time I went by myself which I don't normally do and felt comfortable like 100Percent have never in my entire life being almost 50 years old never felt this comfortable the doctor was a 100% the guy that drew my blood was a 100% the women in front were very very nice I would recommend this to anyone anybody that has anxiety problems about going to A new place do this is for you

Did not wait long to be seen. However you do need to make an appointment. Friendly, caring and professional staff.
