By far the best gym in Spokane! The owner, Krista, is the most knowledgeable and welcoming trainer in Spokane. She customizes workouts perfectly for your body, your goals, and your current fitness level. It’s a bit of a drive for me, so I once tried another trainer in town and quickly realized that Krista is truly top tier. Check it out! The only regret you’ll have is not getting there sooner!

Best gym in Spokane! Has a wide variety of equipment and 24/7 access. The owner, Krista, is very welcoming and keeps the gym and equipment clean! This was the first “real” gym I ever joined and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend checking this gym out if you’re looking!!

Great gym Krista always makes you feel welcome. Training with Jacob he is the best trainer always doing challenging workouts. Always able to get my workouts done plenty of space for everyone.

Hands down The best gym I have ever trained in - along with being the cleanest gym! Open 24/7 365 - never closed! There are no clowns taking up equipment or weights - people are there to train and get a good workout in! Everyone there are very friendly and respectful and most of all you are family not just a number!

I'm so glad I found this gym. It's always clean, constantly getting new equipment, everyone is friendly and welcoming. You can tell you're cared about and appreciated. Is not over crowded with equipment like some places. You can tell they know what they are and aren't trying to be. Really that old school gym vibe

Great place. People are friendly, very clean lots of equipment and easygoing atmosphere. Great trainers my trainer Jake he is awesome glad I'm able to work with him. Place isn't crowded and is close to my work.
