Due to a change in my circumstances, I needed to change out my 9 inch high box spring so that I could get in and out of my bed. I called our local store on Santa Rosa Ave. and talked with a customer service agent who understood my circumstances. She first let me know that my new box spring could be delivered the next day which was incredibly important. Then she found an excellent price for a new low box spring. My mother and I walked into Mattress Firm about 10:30 today. We worked with Nathan and he spent an hour with us to help select the right bed for my mom. He was super accommodating to my mom seeing that she couldn't stand too long and needed a chair which he carried around whenever we moved to look at a different bed.
We got great information and left with some details to iron out at home to make sure we were getting the right bed for her.
We left very satisfied with the product and his service.

We went in just to price a new adjustable bed base for our existing queen bed, but we walked out with a brand-new Purple split king adjustable bed! GREG was amazing! So friendly, so easy-going, so customer-focused. I wish everyone in retail sales was like him! Really just a wonderful experience!

We had an unpleasant experience with the receipt of our bed that’s was purchased at the Sonoma County Fair this year. We then went to our local sales office where Merrick and Tina made things right. Their customer service and our needs were their top priority. The 5 stars are for Merrick and Tina!

I shopped around and Mattress Firm had the best price by far. They offered free next day delivery on a Sunday and they hauled away my old mattress for $50. I have truck and I could not do it for that. That's a good deal because dump yards do not want mattresses at any price. They are very hard get rid of. That's why you see them on the side of the road. The store estimated delivery between ten thirty and twelve thirty and confirmed this via email and a phone call Sunday morning. The two delivery men showed up exactly on time at ten thirty. They identified themselves. They were clean cut. They had on clean uniforms and gloves. They were very polite. I live in a two story house. They removed my old mattress and took it downstairs and did not damage anything on the way. They immediately brought in the new mattress. They placed it on my box springs and asked if the position was good. It was wrapped in thick plastic to protect it during transport. They remove the plastic and took it with them. This transaction was one of the easiest and most memorable that I have had in ages. I highly recommend Mattress Firm.
