Chef Ana Castro food/wine tasting was amazing. Flavors were so unique and her charisma makes it so much fun.

We always have a great time here especially in the bubble room. The staff is really friendly. They help carry our wine to the car each time. There is ample parking. The area is beautiful. The pinot noirs and sparkling here are great. The membership is definitely worth it

We had the lunchtime tasting menu at the Bubble Room. It was staggeringly good. A series of small dishes, each perfectly balanced and paired with a J wine. The Bubble Room is an elegant modernist room with great views across the vineyards. the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. it's not cheap, but the food and wines are exquisite. Highly recommended.

An incredible experience! I had lunch at the Bubble Lounge this past Sunday. Each course was a unique combination of tastes and textures. The chef came out an explained the inspiration behind each dish. There was a variety of cuisines - you could see influences from Italian, Middle Eastern, American, French and Asian. We started with an amuse bouche of caviar with mandarin gelee and parsnip caviar paired with a bright sparkling wine. I can’t do justice to explaining the dishes but a brief summary: octopus with chili oil, risotto, a creative twist on corned beef using cabbage, paired with roasted mushroom and a ginger hollandaise, then lamb kofta and finally a childhood inspired riff on orange creamsicles. The staff was attentive and answered all my questions. I was on my own which can sometimes feel awkward but they were welcoming. Each pairing of sparkling wine was a delight. The lamb dish was paired with a pinot noir that was so smooth. Lastly, the restaurant and the surroundings are stunning. Casually elegant, modern but not imposing. We've been members for years, and the tasting experience here is amazing, with great food pairings. Come here especially for the bubbles (the Pinot Noir is good but you can find comparable at other Russian River wineries, but also the Pinot Noir is *good*). Service is usually excellent and attentive.

Delicious lunch and wine pairing in the bubble room. Everything melted in your mouth. Strawberry soup, tempura fried asparagus short rib, and much more. By the time you go menu will have changed so wont give you all the details.

Wines were also all excellent. From the rose, to an oaky chardonnay, Pinot noir (of which they have almost 20), and multiple sparklings.

Nothing here I did not like and we left with a full case to take home. Oh…and also signed up for a membership to continue to enjoy this wine.

I went this past Friday. Beautiful spot! Beautiful entrance with lush gardens. Arrived just before they opened at 11. We were the first ones to go in but it quickly filled. We had our tasting in the Legacy Room(?). I chose the bubbles option while my boyfriend had the reds flight. They were all great. Skipped on the snack options because we had just eaten breakfast, but the table next to us had very appetizing bites. The service was great and they were very friendly. Will return at some point!

Fantastic experience! We visited J Vineyards last weekend on a girl's trip (sisters and nieces). We sat outside in the beautiful courtyard surrounded by flowers and a lovely creek. Our host Izzy was perfect- charming, knowledgeable, fun and memorable. The wines were delicious, we ordered quite a few to take home. The indoor area was also lovely- classy with elegant finishes and a nice little shop. We visited several vineyards on this trip, and while all were very nice, J Vineyards was exceptional. Thanks for such a wonderful time.

I brought my friends and partner from San Francisco to J as our third and final stop from a day of wine tasting. We all agreed to this was the absolute best.

We signed up for the Legacy Tasting, which comes complete with a variety of 6 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir still wines strategically paired with progressively more flavorful cheeses served elegantly alongside chocolate coated honeycomb, lavender and peach marmalade, bee pollen popcorn, and other interesting flavor combinations. The finishing touch is an adorable box of chocolate truffles.

We took home the Cuvée XB sparkling, which was fruit forward but not too sweet, and the 2017 Bow Tie and the 2017 Canfield Pinot Noirs, though admittedly everyone liked all the wines that were served.

I highly recommend J and very much look forward to coming back!

Smooth and delicious wine. Nice ambiance, beautiful terrace. Our somelier was amazing. We were served rose at the beginning, some palate cleansers. The wine tasting ended with port, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Very enjoyable sparkling flight with matching cheese experience. Very well explained and an enjoyable experience for some contrast (ie Sparkling flight!) compared to other vineyard experiences in the area

I love the elegant atmosphere of this winery. The staff was kind, friendly, and informative. We had a champagne and cheese pairing that was unforgettable.

Excellent tasting experience. Wonderful wines and sparkling wines. Our server Katie was so friendly, personable and knowledgeable that she made the experience so much better.

We LOVED our experience at J Vineyards. We enjoyed the sparkling flight paired with the cheese plate. It was absolutely delicious. Plus the gardens are beautiful and make for a lovely view to go with the wine! Russell carefully walked us through each cheese and wine pairing and was so helpful in talking us through the different wines and helping us select which ones to get. We enjoyed our experience so much that we came back 2 days later to enjoy the same experience and Russell helped us select more wine. His thoughtful approach made J Vineyards our best visit in Sonoma!

Great wine, kind folk! We enjoyed our Mixed Varietal and cheese pairing. Learned about Estate wines and enjoyed the detailed descriptions. Beautiful and inviting tasting room. Relaxed, lingered and laughed with friends…a perfect afternoon.

Modern building, nice landscaping. Loved seeing all Js around the property (hubby's name is Jessie). Pours were GREAT! We sat outside by the fountain of youth with padded couches. Went to the teardrop area, no one was there and we took some nice pics in the vineyard. Loved the staff and the walkway in was picturesque. Didn't go in the bubble room or the other one, but looked very beautiful with private chefs, so seems like great options for food. We really liked that this vineyard is one of the only ones that have bubbles for tasting! Very unique 👌.

Incredibly friendly staff and a beautiful space to enjoy with friends.

Stopped by Saturday morning, about a half hour after they opened. There was at least 3 wine tour bus’s in the parking lot, but we were greeted & ushered in side immediately. Wonderful tasting & great service by Steve (very knowledgeable). We were treated very well & provided a trade discount even though I did not have a business card to give them. Amazing selection of wines and we were able to taste the broad range of the wines they had to offer. Steve was great and supplied us with other wineries to go to after we were done!

Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area wanting an extraordinary experience!!!
