I went to the store looking to open a commercial account. I was greeted by Anthony and I was amazed for such an exceptional customer service…. He is very knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed for my business lines.
I was also amazed of his capability to communicate with me in Spanish, which was important for me.
I would definitely recommend Anthony for all your mobile phone needs.

Just went to this AT&T store looking for better deals on my monthly bill. Anthony was the one who greeted me and helped me through the whole process. He truly has the best customer service. Anthony made the process so easy and simple. He helped me get out of my contract with my previous provider and gave me so much information about the service and the deal the store was offering was so good I couldn’t turn it down He was very helpful and very knowledgeable, and the whole process of moving my cellphone number over to AT&T went so smoothly thanks to Anthony! Can't recommend this location enough! The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable, and let you take your time going over the options. Juan in particular was fantastic! He really put me at ease and definitely knew his stuff! Great selection of product too, not just phones but also tablets, watches, you name it. Any time I need help with my phone, plan, or need to upgrade, I'll be coming here. Hands down, the best.

Went in to switch over from Verizon and was lucky enough to work with Anthony. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and even helped us deal with Verizon to get our numbers from them. Will definitely be recommending friends and family to this store. Make sure you ask for Anthony!

Anthony and Jesse provided exceptional customer service when I visited. They took their time in answering my questions and were really patient as I needed to update a lot of things on my plan. I would highly recommend stopping by if you have any questions or need support with your phone plan.

Had the best time purchasing a new phone at this location, Gino was nothing but helpful and knew exactly what i needed and was very clear about pricing and benefits, 10/10 experience. I loved the atmosphere in this store we we're there for about an hour browsing phones and i loved the chemistry been Jesse, Anthony Minerva and Gino i used to have to go to the plaza location in Santa Rosa but no more as a Healdsburg resident I am happy to know that my phone service needs are mere minutes away.

Anthony was great. We came in with 5 phones for trade in and upgrade. He helped us multi task setting up all the phones and our account seamlessly. Gino was also helpful. Very happy with the service.

My wife and I came in curious about the exchange for a new I phone 13 pro max, Gino immediately greeted us as we walked in and was able to answer all the questions we had. We asked him how long it would take if we decided to move forward and he said no longer than 30-40 mins. We were done before that because the colors we chose didn’t have in store, so they had to be delivered. Gino was very professional, made the process very smooth, and we even ended up buying some accessories for our new phones. Highly recommend this store and if Gino is there go see him.

My iPhone stopped being able to make phone calls. Jesse, in the Healdsburg AT&T store, reset my network with his friendly and expert help. He took time for me while juggling 2 other in-store customers. His customer service skills are deeply appreciated during my frustrating time trying to make it work. I walked right in and Anthony helped me upgrade my phone and plan. Anthony was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He walked me through all my options and never pressured me. I left with my phone upgraded, transferred, and now we are ready for our Spring Break trip with the kids. Anthony made sure I knew which phone would help me capture the best photos of my kids in Disneyland. I will only visit this AT&T store for my future needs.
