Had a great shopping experience at CVS today in Windsor. Needed a passport photo in a hurry. The cvs associate did a great job and I left in just a few minutes with the photo. I was also able to pick up a few items I needed at the store. One stop shopping !!

Customer service this morning
(8-25-23) was top notch. Jason opened the store and handled four of his customers all at once. True multi-tasker. Thanks Jason (passport guy).

The pharmacy in this store works so hard and is so kind and patient. It's not the fault of the hard working staff in this unprecedented environment that it's slow. The higher ups need to help this store, a central location for so many people in this area. They are the only ones nearby for us and they need help, and deserve help, for all the assistance they've been giving us for all these years.

Blame corporate, not the staff!!

My prescription was ready early, went in at 7:30p and there were no other customers in line. Got everything I needed in minutes. Greeted by a couple of employees, it felt like a nice atmosphere

Huge store with lots of selection but we always end up in a very long line at check out.

We've never had a prescription filled here so I don't know about the pharmacy part.
