I had Cynthia recommended through a friend and I could not have had a better experience. Throughout the handful of visits to her shop, Cynthia was extremely attentive and helpful. She helped with the custom creation of my fiancées engagement ring, as well as her wedding band and mine. The store is extremely welcoming and the selection is great. This the best experience ever! Cynthia did two pieces and I cried with joy when I saw them! I had her take 3 generations of diamonds and design the most beautiful piece! Plus adding an additional band to my wedding set! I highly recommend her 🙌🏻

We've been going to Cynthia since she opened her store in Sim Valley. I have received many beautiful pieces from her. She is meticulous in her designs, her "work-women-ship", and her attention to detail. Above all, she is the most ethical person I know. I have never felt she would take advantage of me and I trust her with my most precious jewelry. There is never any pressure to purchase something - I sometimes just like going in to talk to her and look at her beautiful jewelry! A+ in our family!

absolutely fantastic experience. Cynthia recently re-sized my grandmother's wedding band and engagement ring so I pass them along to my girlfriend (hopefully she'll say yes and it'll be fiance). My grandmother was a very petite woman who had very small hands so the rings came to the store as a size 4.5. Cynthia had to nearly double the size to an 8 for them to work for me.

Not only was the work flawless, Cynthia made sure the rings were sparkling as brightly as the day my grandpa bought the rings nearly 65 years ago. I have full faith that because of her efforts these rings will last me a lifetime and will be passed down to future generations.

I'd recommend Cynthia for any jewelry work you have. In fact I plan to continue to drive from Ontario to her store in Simi for any future work I might need.

Cynthia is amazing. My husband used her for my engagement ring and wedding band almost 7 years ago. I don't wear jewelry often, am very picky about what I like, and am very rough on my hands (due to my job). My husband went in with a design in mind, and she was able to custom make them for me, from building the molds to the final product, and kept my husband updated on the progress every step of the way. She was even able to reinforce the posts holding the diamonds to make sure I felt comfortable wearing the rings to work. Every few years, when I am back in town, my rings make it back to her store to have her check to make sure I haven't knocked any diamonds loose (which I have a tendency to do), and to get a good cleaning. I couldn't be happier with the ring set that she made me. They are everything, and more, than I could have ever dreamed of. I HIGHLY recommend her for all your jewelry needs!

After searching and searching for someone to do a custom piece for my wedding band we finally found the right fit. I'm so glad we found Ms. 14k Jewelry! The customer service was outstanding. And the turnaround time was exemplary. We had gone through a number of jewelers who just wanted our business, that didn't care to educate us or give us options for our investment. But Ms. 14k went above and beyond our expectations. We live in Santa Clarita, and it was well worth the drive!!! Highly recommneded!!! 10 stars!
