Chateau Sonoma

This store is a Time Machine and a teleportation booth. Here the Antiques are mixed with modern items in a delicious tasteful cocktail of carefully curated pieces. There is no better place for a gift with French flair to sophistication and charm. It is a treat for all of your five senses, well, with exception for biting the merchandise…. However, there are soups if somebody can’t help it.

I've been following their account on Instagram for years so loved stumbling across them today while visiting Sonoma!

I was here 3 weeks ago visiting from CO. I came to visit my sister and we came in here to browse. As I walked further in, I noticed there were some luxury soaps on the table (for men and also for women). There was one that i absolutely loved..Mistral Salted Gin. I went ahead and bought it. I was hoping you had a website so I can purchase more.
Anyway.. it was very beautiful inside.

Wonderful store for an adventures treasure hunt, perfect place for someone who loves beautiful very reasonably priced European vintages and antiques.

Associate at the store was welcoming, good natured, patient, accommodating and very attentive. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends.

I first went to this store last May to their annual flea market/parking lot sale. It was a beautiful day to drive from the East Bay up to Sonoma to check out what they had to offer. While the sale was smallish there were plenty of lovely things to buy as gifts or to decorate your garden or home. I had been wanting to buy a large piece of blue glass for my bedroom and found the perfect shade of turquoise in a large antique French wine jug as well as several large antique canning jars. The wine jug looks perfect on top a shelf in my bedroom, and I use the canning jars to hold flowers from the farmers' market all year around. I also found a slightly used garden book full of delightful photos and a lovely verdigris French oyster basket that I keep on my garden patio and am slowly filling up with pieces of bleached out driftwood from my walks along the bay. The sunny sale was great fun and worth the trip up from Alameda for the day. Did I mention there was even live music? Magical!

Chateau Sonoma is a gem that any Francophile will delight in! Full of beautiful antiques sourced from France and lovely items that are perfect for gifting or bringing a bit of the French way of life into your home. A must visit!

This store was absolutely GORGEOUS. Everywhere you looked there was something that took your breath away. It was a delightful experience walking through Chateau Sonoma- truly is such a treasure.
