I love this store. Byron and Cecily are wonderful! We created our wedding ring here, and I couldn’t be happier. The other stores are “stuffy”. These are down to earth folks that take pride in their business. Highly recommend them for anything special.

Byron is a genius and can repair anything. He Is a professional & will tell you straight if something isn't worth repairing. His friendly wife is a good addition to his shop. The only allow 2 customers at a time into their space, just to be safe, and everyone is masked. I love to browse (and buy) his estate and vintage jewelry. He has all kinds of treasures in his shop. I buy gift for my daughters in law, my daughter, friends, & for myself. He has old silver rings from $30 going up y thousands. Something for everyone. Cecily will tell you which is the better quality piece if you're uncertain. Men, this is the place to buy a holiday gift for the woman in your life. Prices are fair. PLEASE PLEASE I hope they stay open in Santa Rosa.

Byron has done three custom rings for me over the last three years: one engagement ring and two wedding rings, and my wife and I are beyond happy with the work he did for us. We selected vintage settings and stones for my wife's two rings, and my wedding ring was an entirely custom setting, which he built to my specifications. I am so happy we chose to work with Byron, as he is extremely knowledgable and actually takes the time to explain a number of interesting metallurgical and chemical factors relevant to the work if you're willing to listen. My wife and I learned a great deal from Byron and came away from our experience with three beautiful rings, each one unique, all priced extremely reasonably for labor and materials. Byron is a great guy and I can't reccomend his work enough.

A jeweler working at a bench is a rarity, this store has a busy jeweler and his friendly wife working. They have mostly antique jewelry, but skills. Beautifully decorated and friendly spot

I have been going to jewelry tech for years off and on I bought my wife's engagement ring their 10 years ago. At year 5 I had byron custom make a wedding band to match the shape of her ring due to the manufacturer no longer made one. Byron was priced great and did a flawless job. We just hit our 10 year mark and I had him make the same band as an anniversary band and yet again byron did not disappoint. He is a master of his craft and the quality of work you get for the price is unmatched. He knows me and my wife by our first names everytime we walk into the shop. I even find my self stopping in just to say hi when I am in the area.

Roy was awesome. He was genuine, super knowledgeable and made the experience fun. I felt zero pressure to make a purchase. Their vintage selection is beautiful. I love that it is a father and son run shop. Feels great to support this local business.

I took an inexpensive but sentimental ring to the shop because it had bent to the point it no longer fit my finger. They fixed my ring in a matter of minutes then polished it for free. I couldn't believe how quick and easy they made the experience. Would take any damaged jewelry here in a heartbeat.
