12/22/23 Jessica Edward’s was amazing as she juggled multiple three hour long meetings with three customers buying new phones and asking lots and lots of detailed questions. She knew every answer, answering every question with a smile, set up phones, transferred data on multiple phones at one time all while keeping everyone happy as she deftly moved through the process. I was beyond impressed. She deserved $5000 as a Christmas bonus and a huge promotion. She is smart, educated and needs to be given top

I got really great customer service from Austin today. He was super efficient and knowledgeable with my issue as well as the other customer I observed him helping. He was really great with everyone needing his help and was a great advocate for me with the phone protection provider. I generally really hate having to deal with any phone provider, but Austin really made my experience as painless and smooth as possible.

I needed a new phone and had been putting off getting one for a very long time because I was comfortable with the one I had. But after 7 years my iPhone was starting to have problems and very low memory. Andre M. provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable about all the products. He seemed to have a good intuition about the things I needed and wanted in a new phone and was pleasant, patient, kind and well spoken when explaining all the new features to us. He made the experience a breeze.

I was so impressed with Marisella, the manager. She stepped right in and got me started until Andre was available and then stepped back when Andre was available. She stayed at the table to support Andre or me. The whole experience was very well worth my time and investment.

My apprehension of being up sold dissipated immediately after walking up to the counter and speaking with Marisela. She worked hard to find the best deal for me, was incredibly personable, and I trusted her with my purchase without hesitation. I seldom write reviews but I actually had a great time while my transaction took place! Not only did I leave with a great new phone, I left with a bunch of flowers!! Great store! We first tried to deal with the phone replacement at the Santa rosa Verizon store and the Petaluma factory store. Both told us to come back with an appointment (timliest was a week out). Our local store was awesome, and we got a better price than the factory store could offer on a new Samsung.
No reason to go anywhere else!
