Absolute top notch business! My wife and I showed up without an appointment and was immediately assisted by Austin Ferreira. We were shopping for a new fireplace insert for our residence. Austin gave us a thorough explanation of the types of inserts and made a recommendation that perfectly fit the bill for our needs. The whole process was flawless! I would highly recommend Villa Terrazza. A true customer oriented business!

Customer service is amazing. Andrea has been super helpful and answered all of our questions. The quality of their products is top of the line. We couldn’t be more happy with our Tuuci umbrella and look forward to visiting again soon.

We can't say enough about the service at Villa Terrazza. We had a problem with our Tucci umbrella (the mast part) and they totally took care of it even though it wasn't under warranty. I think they had to pull some strings.You guys rock! Thank you.

Theresa and Mike offer a wide range of items for the home and I enjoy visiting their showroom year-round. I appreciate their expertise, insight and friendly approach. The products are of outstanding quality, they offer great design advice and there is never any pressure to purchase. I would highly recommend them and would encourage you to stop by the showroom. We have purchased a fireplace insert, outdoor and indoor furniture, rugs, decorative items as well as gifts, and have been very satisfied with all of our purchases.

Well anytime I walk into a store and I get greeted by friendly beautiful loving dogs that's a plus for me. I was taking care of today in my search for an insert for my fireplace. I loved the way that the estimate could show an actual picture of the insert. I was able to take that home and show my husband. I will definitely keep best store in mind when I purchase my insert. The estimate was very competitive.

We were shopping for a gas fireplace that would supplement our winter heating and look good. I saw that Villa Terrazza was carrying the line and models we liked, so I gave them a try, and am I glad we did.

The owner, Mike, spent a great deal of his time helping us choose and size the model that was right for our house and room. He clearly knows his products inside and out, and has a great eye for what can work where.

When it came time to install, he had his crew there right on time. It was not a turnkey install; gas had to be run, holes drilled, vents installed---the works. Everything went smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Mike came by to inspect during and after the install, which again I considered above and beyond what his competitors would or could have done.

We were and are very pleased with product, but are happier still that we met Villa Terrazza. Quality and service all the way.

EXCELLENT experience, products and people. Helpful & knowledgeable staff. Great design sense and really helped me visualize how the patio would look. They even came out to our home to help with color palette, and blue-taped the placement of the furniture to give me an idea of the proportions. Definitely worth the trip to the shop to see the range of beautiful options and the amazing mosaic on the front door!

Great experience buying a fireplace. Tony knew his products inside and out and even came to the house to make sure it was a good fit and we had the proper connections. The extra care really paid off. I have a beautiful insert for my fireplace and my always-cold room is now warm, toasty and pleasant.

Villa Terrazza is the best! As a local of 20 years it's really nice to have such a responsive business in town. The indoor/outdoor shop is great fun to explore (so many wonderful tables, chairs, etc) and the staff is very knowledgeable without being pushy. Recently Theresa enthusiastically helped us when our four year old cushions were re-covered and they needed some attention due to sun damage. Without hesitation, Theresa attended to the issue and kept regular contact with us throughout the process. I would like to note that the problem was not with Villa Terrazza's work but with a vendor who with Theresa's help agreed to replace the cushions as needed. Theresa is not someone who "lets the ball drop." We are in need of another table and chair set and will be visiting them in the very near future! Thanks for all of your help, Theresa!

I want to thank the staff at Villa Terrazza for being so helpful and knowledgeable! This is our first time purchasing quality outdoor furniture, and their is no other store in town that comes close to what Villa Terrazza offers.

I love, love this store! When I first moved to Sonoma, I was in serious need of some outdoor furniture, and I was told by several people to go see Mike and Theresa at Villa Terrazza. I am so glad I did. Not only do they have an amazing selection of outdoor living items, but they both really know there merchandise and are very hands-on and helpful with guiding you to the right things for your space...in my case, a limited space! I look forward to go back this spring to pick up a few more pieces...They not only have furniture, but beautiful indoor/outdoor rugs, fountains and decorative items for your garden. P.S. They also have the most loveable Chocolate Lab greeter!

Love this place. We bought two chairs there for our back terrace and one of them wasn't made correctly. At first, the manufacturer's rep wouldn't acknowledge the flaw and said it wouldn't replace the chair. But the Villa Terrazza folks really went to bat for us and we got a new chair. No better example of standing behind your sale and making things right. We live in Oakland but will always shop at Villa Terazza for outdoor furniture from now on. Would highly recommend it.

We purchased our fireplace with Villa Terrazza. They made it so easy and are professional and knowledgable. Mill Valley is damp and cold and updating our fireplace and insert has made our house warm and much more energy efficient!

Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They bent over backwards to accommodate after an unfortunate issue occurred delaying my chair even more. They went out of their way to accommodate me. I recommend this store. Beautiful furniture.

This is one of my most favorite places to shop in Sonoma!! Not only do they have great indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, fire-pits, BB'Q's but the accessories are amazing! If I need a different or unique gift for a friend, Villa Terrazza is the first place I go! Do yourself a favor and pop in!!

Excellent service from start to finish! Teresa and co. were patient and understanding with me. She assisted me with my space and provided me with what I was exactly looking for. It has furniture that is quality and unique.

Glad this gem of a restaurant is back. We had dinner here and the chicken parmigiana was excellent with a nice glass of cab. The patio has a nice area to relax with a cocktail and was being used by many people. I will go back!!

Operated by a very knowledgeable couple in Mike and Teresa. This store I can't recommend enough. They know their stuff right down to every last detail. So don't be afraid to ask.
The store is well stocked and full of great ideas for the home and garden.
Glad I visited and looking forward to the next.
