Jennifer. M is a very nice lady.me and my wife looking around for an insurance,we stop by with out any app or phone call.I believe is late afternoon,almost time to end the day. She taking care of us so fast,car and home insurance at that day. We both go home so happy becouse we have a really good deal payment coverage on everything compare to payment that we have with our old insurance (travelers). I just had a very helpful conversation with Chuck, and I would say to Martha V., your beef was with the person who answered the phone, not Jennifer.
I have used this office for 10 years and have always gotten prompt and courteous service. Allstate's "800" number service is another thing.
