Sole Desire Shoes

Sole Desire Shoes offers premier women's retail footwear. Whenever my wife and I are in Montgomery Village, she likes to stop by their store at this location and look around. She told me she likes their shoes because they are very comfortable. The concept of offering European style comfort in shoes started back in 1990 for Sole Desire Shoes. This is a family business known for quality and service. The layout of this store is very appealing. The manager was very nice and answered any questions I had about the store.

I was shopping for boots. I gathered about 10 styles from the sale rack, which is supposed to be self service. When the size didn’t fit me right, the salesperson immediately found me another in the size I needed for that style. When I settled on a style, I was picky about one aspect of one boot. She brought out all of the boots in that size and color, so I could take home the ones I liked best. It was raining and I wanted to wear them out of the store. She sold me waterproofing spray, and sprayed them for me before I left.

I live in another city and I often find it difficult to order on line, they let me order direct from the Santa Rosa store, very happy Hilary!

Great staff! Warm welcoming from staff and Owners!!! The shoes are orthopedic and beautiful. It helps me to walk more safe. The style it's European. Prices are little higher than regular shoe prices. But you get what you pay! A good soft cute pair of shoes.

The store on Farmers Lane was not helpful. The clerk was preoccupied by other customers. She would not get any stars in my estimation.
My daughter and I walked over to the store on Magowan and met a gracious and attentive sales lady who was helpful and was able to order the boots I wanted. She definitely restored my faith in the now generation. She is the 5 STAR recipient.

I been having Issues with my feet. I guess, is from being in retail for over 30’s years. When I retired. I didn’t think I needed $$$ shoes, so I bought what I liked. Today finally my husband, and I divided enough suffering. We wanted to shop local. So we went around town looking for shoes.
First we stop arc work world that’s were he got his work shoes. Than Santa Rosa shoes for me. It was a little bit of time before we got Greeted. When we finally did, the sales lady was short with me, she went to get an insole. But didn’t come back. I was disappointed l. So we left.
Than, I remembered Sole desire. They were always friendly, knowledgeable, and got good products.
We walked in got Greeted by Jen right away. I explained what I needed. I tried on couple pair of shoes, and the insoles. The lady was friendly, knows the products, and was on top of what would work for me. We walked off feeling Good, with a pair of shoes, couple insoles that feel like I’m walking on the clouds.
I totally loved my $$$ purse, that I didn’t need, but is an early Valentine day present from my husband ...lol

Sole Desire has a great selection of quality shoes with friendly and knowledgeable staff. And the collection of fashion socks they have for sale is impressive as well. I absolutely adore Sole Desire.

I've purchased several pairs of shoes here. They are expensive but I've never had an issue with quality. Still have 3 pairs that are close to 7 years old that still look great.

Love the quality of shoes I get from here! Andie was super helpful and knew exactly what I wanted to try on. She was super patient with me as I tried on several different kinds of shoes.

Comfortable and stylish footwear. My only gripe is that they infrequently carry my size at the Sonoma store, near Sonoma Mkt.
